Dr. Miraal, Mel, Keey, and Kipp were all amazing! From check in to check out! The service plus the Invisalign deal is top notch and I highly recommend as my friends paid double/triple for what I paid

As someone who travels constantly, I've seen top-tier dentists from Florida to California. Dr. Brandon at Switch is, without a doubt, the best of them all. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. I highly recommend him and the clinic. I just wish Switch was a national network so I could keep seeing them wherever I move to!

I came in for a regular cleaning and check up. Things I liked: Office is nice and staff is friendly. Mya was the dental assistant and she is very detail oriented. She noticed some things about my teeth and made sure to let me and Dr Dao know. I truly appreciated the concern. The office has lots of tech to scan your gums and teeth, so you can examine a variety of images and catch things that may easily go unnoticed at other practices. Súper cool! Some things I wasn’t a huge fan of: The appointment was almost two hours long... Usually I spend no more than one hour at the dentist. I was also offered an Invisalign treatment plan which is pretty odd because my teeth are already very straight, and I don’t have any major bite issues, and none of my previous dentists ever recommended it either. Not saying my teeth are perfect, but it just didn’t seem like this treatment fit my situation.

Swish Midtown? ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! From scheduling a new patient appointment with Kipp, to having imaging done with Mel, to a thorough evaluation and complete treatment with Dr. Miraal.. SPEECHLESS!! Swish- Midtown provides top tier service and communication, individualized treatment plan(s), comfort, cleanliness, and a beautiful environment! I am so happy I chose this dentist and location. I will definitely refer anyone looking for a GREAT dentist office!!! 5 stars aren’t enough to honestly rate this location!! Thank you Swish-Midtown!!!

Do not go to swish dental at all! They will bring you along like used cars salesman. What they do is they try to upsell you on a bunch of different things that are wrong with your teeth. They try to scare you saying you have cavities and other things. I said I would like to get a second opinion from other dentist and they strongly warned away from that and tried to scare me with my insurance and high cost saying it won't be covered and that I would be making a wrong decision the whole time. They just didn't want me to realize that I don't have cavities and there's just some staining on my teeth on my very far back molars which is totally normal and can be cleaned with regular procedures not the very expensive procedures that they were suggesting they were suggesting and meanwhile, I really just wanted to get a new patient free whitening which they didn't even let me get because I wouldn't get all the other treatments that they suggested for me mind you I did not need those treatments. I have then been seen by another dentist here in East Downtown Houston, who said that everything that dental said was absurd and definitely was just trying to upsell me. I take very good care of my teeth and for a fact did not have cavities nor the other risks that swish dental was trying to upsell me on please do your research and find a much better dentist.
