Had a great experience at URBN Dental Heights! Everyone was excellent from start to finish. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, the X-ray process was quick and easy, and the dental hygienist did an excellent job. The dentist was also fantastic—professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire team made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend URBN Dental Heights!

I came in with horrific dental anxiety following years spent with a dentist who was invalidating, dismissive, and under-treated my teeth. I started here with a free consultation- even though it was free, staff was so thorough and knowledgeable, and I scheduled a new patient exam ASAP. My treatment plan was daunting, but my team has been a dream to work with. I have never felt upsold, or like I'm being used to hit treatment targets here- the patient centered care shines in everything done here. Dr Chae is, of course, a fabulous dentist and an absolute expert. She always explains exactly what I need and why, and I always feel well informed. The wisdom tooth removal (my biggest dental fear!) she did for me was quick, painless, and a breeze. Any cavity work I've had done with her has been top notch. My only regret is not coming to this practice to be treated by her sooner!! Luis, who I've worked with on the financial end of things, is perfectly professional and very thorough. He is always a warm presence when I enter the office, and is always happy to answer my billing questions. Jennifer at the front is an angel, and is always so polite and welcoming when I talk to her- she makes an excellent first impression. My MVP at Urbn is Brenda, the incredible dental assistant! I am so at ease with her- she navigates my dental anxiety so delicately, is so charming to talk with, and is always so in sync with Dr Chae. They're a dream team and I always leave my appointments feeling less nervous for my next one. I am beyond grateful to have found this wonderful practice, and so deeply thankful for the work the team has done in restoring my dental health ❤️

I’ve been visiting this dental clinic since September of 2025 and I can genuinely say they are the best and kindest people I’ve encountered. I had a cleaning and needed a route canal, I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure nor after. I love that they’ll allow me to watch Netflix also during the procedure. They have state of the art equipment, clean and sanitary rooms and some of their rooms also have a nice view. Also, the reception desk team is the most welcoming and knowledgeable team. I would recommend this dental clinic to anyone.

I was really nervous about finding a new dentist, but the team at URBN Dental Heights (Dr. Chae, Jennifer, JoJo, and Kim) were incredible. I usually have anxiety about dental visits - from the moment I walked in, the receptionist was welcoming. The hygienist, Kim, was so gentle with my cleaning and gave me great tips. Dr. Chae was very caring and took the time to talk through my x-rays and didn't pressure me into unnecessary treatments. I highly recommend!

Beautiful facility. The staff from the front to the back office exceeded expectations. All very knowledgeable and soo welcoming. The dentist herself soo pleased with her mannerisms and her way of explaining so everyone in the room understood. Definitely recommend!!
