URBN Dental Implants & Invisalign | Heights

I was really nervous about finding a new dentist, but the team at URBN Dental Heights (Dr. Chae, Jennifer, JoJo, and Kim) were incredible. I usually have anxiety about dental visits - from the moment I walked in, the receptionist was welcoming. The hygienist, Kim, was so gentle with my cleaning and gave me great tips. Dr. Chae was very caring and took the time to talk through my x-rays and didn't pressure me into unnecessary treatments. I highly recommend!

URBN Dental in the heights! You guys are amazing, from the front desk with Luis to the doctor that pulled my wisdom teeth Dr Chae, and her assistant are amazing! The service is fast, friendly, and efficient. I have a lot of dental work to be done and I will continue to come back. My next goal is to is to get my family in here, I love it here and it’s only my first visit. I recommend anyone come give these people a visit, even if it’s just an evaluation.

Had a great experience at this dental office. The entire staff was friendly and patient from start to finish. Kim and Dr. Chae were exceptional — they both were so knowledgeable, calm, and they really took the time to explain everything, which made me feel completely at ease. I usually get a bit anxious at the dentist, but they made the whole visit comfortable and stress-free. Will definitely continue coming here and would highly recommend!

My first dental office experience in Houston at the Heights location and it was great. Staff are incredibly friendly, organized and prompt in responding and scheduling. Went in for a first ever root canal and the doctor and assistant did a fantastic job. Would recommend if looking dentists in the city.

Dr. Chae is very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and helpful. Today i had a cleaning and for the first time hygienist was explaining me on the x-ray picture what she going to do. URBN location is clean and well maintained.
