My family has been going to Wired Orthdontics for a decade now and each time our experience with the staff and doctors in each location has been pleasant and great. I especially wanna give a shoutout to Melinda at the Four Points location who was very considerate and who went above and beyond to help me out - An oversight from my side and I ended up at the wrong location and she made sure to help me, switched locations instantly and took care of my concern right away. I was happy that my drive didn’t go a waste and the reason for my visit was achieved. Truly thankful and grateful for the wonderful doctors and team they have. Thank You!

Dr. Santos and his team are amazing. From the front office to the technicians, everyone is great to work with. My 3 kids and husband have all had work done by Dr. Santos and all are VERY pleased with the results.

I have had a wonderful experience with this practice. I was called back for my appointment less than 5 minutes after checking in. Once I was back there, the dental assistant was very nice and patient answering all of my questions. The doctor was so friendly and kind, he made me feel confident in our plan of action for straightening my teeth. I would highly recommend Wired Orthodontics to anyone!

My 9 year old just finished his Phase 1 treatment at Wired Orthodontics, and I’m so happy with the results! My son had an overjet bite, and before we came here, we went to other orthodontists for consults, but they said he might need jaw surgery in the future. Dr. Santos proved that wasn’t the case. With an expander and braces, we saw a big improvement in just six months, and he fixed the problem during Phase 1. Dr. Santos is one of the best orthodontists in Austin. He’s not only very skilled but also truly cares about his patients. The whole team is amazing — always kind, welcoming, and friendly at every visit. We are so thankful for everything they have done. I highly recommend Wired Orthodontics!
