Everyone at Wired Orthodontics is great! Super friendly and talks you through each step of the process. My daughter had Phase I (functional) braces that corrected an underbite and shifted jaw. They even worked with us to ensure her gap didn’t close completely, which was her wish. The pricing structure covers everything needed for the whole process so there were no surprises.

I am at my very 1st appointment. For context, I have a phobia of the dentist. My experience so far has been phenomenal. Over the phone, I spoke with Mark, and I did inform him of my fears. He confirmed it would not be an issue. I was assured everything would be fine, and they treat patients gently. I was greeted by Brittney. She was so warm and bubbly. She carefully reviewed the new patient paperwork with me to ensure I could easily complete the documents. While I was waiting She was positive and reassuring until I was called to the back. I was called to the back by Chelsea. Chelsea made sure to check in with me. Even though it was only photos, she went at my pace. She was so calm and patient. Her casual demeanor helped me feel relaxed and welcomed. The initial consultation was with Mark (the person I spoke with on the phone). He was kind, informative, and most of all patient. Mark was thorough in the explanations of my options. He answered every question I had. Shortly after, Dr. Stanbury came in with the specifics of my treatment. At no point was I made to feel embarrassed or ashamed. He was pleasant, funny, and informative. He even made a referral to a dentist for a cleaning. Normally, I am in tears and forcing myself through appointments. Everyone here is friendly, calm, and compassionate. I am so appreciative of the team. I've never been this calm in an appointment. I look forward to coming back. Thank you!

The doctor and the sales representative were both very kind and professional. Unfortunately, my experience after that has been disappointing. I had to cancel my appointment due to the flu, and since then I’ve been unable to get in touch with anyone to reschedule and begin my Invisalign treatment, which was supposed to start last week. This has been frustrating and concerning, especially as an existing patient. It feels like the level of responsiveness and customer care may not be the same once payment has been made.

My son lost his retainer within 4 weeks. They were able to schedule an appointment on the day I called! And I got a new retainer the next day! It was very efficient and effective! Thank you!

We have both our kids at Wired and love Dr. Chris and his amazing staff! They are so knowledgeable and the environment is really great! Love the straight teeth they are giving my kids! Paying attention to every detail to get the teeth just right!
