Wired Orthodontics - Austin Lake Creek

My experience was great! I had a severe open bite and the team catered my treatment plan carefully and were very communicative. We were able to adjust my plan depending on my comfort level and speed of movement. Such a great supportive team and each time I went in person, the staff and Chris were always amazing. No complaints. Thankful for the team!

We’ve been so happy with Wired Orthodontics — the entire staff is patient and kind. Today my son and daughter were seen by Keisha, and she was phenomenal. She explained each step of what she was doing and made sure both kids felt comfortable throughout the whole visit. She even managed to get through to our son about how important it is to brush his teeth thoroughly if he wants clean teeth and good breath — something we’ve been trying to drill into him ourselves! Highly recommend this practice, and Keisha in particular, for anyone looking for an orthodontist who’s great with kids.

We have been at Wired for about 9 months and everyone we have encountered has been lovely. The office is clean and organized. All great. However, our recent experience is what prompted my review. My son got his braces and spacer off. He has only had annual dental cleanings - no cavities or procedures. So, the drilling to remove the cement was rough for him. About half way thru he broke down in tears. Before I could even jump in to calm him, Monica was there, encouraging him to breath and helping him to calm down. She talked him through next steps, offered ways to make things easier and just really connected with him and validated his reaction. With that, he got thru the rest. She was incredible. Hang on to Monica, Wired Ortho! She is a rockstar and very good at what she does.

Rakesha was our wonderful and knowledgeable Dental technician, we love being part of the Lake Creek Family. We have in trusted Dr Stransbury with both our children showing great results, the front desk is always helpful and the office space tidy , with a snack. 😊

I’ve been coming to the Lake Creek location for Invisalign treatment for many years, first for my two kids and then for myself. They have always been super accommodating with me throughout my treatment. They also are great at continually reassessing and not stopping treatment until the result is satisfactory, even after it’s already been paid in full. Communication is very important to me, and I really appreciated today how my tech Adasia told me everything she was doing while she was getting my teeth ready for a new set of aligners. Everyone here is always friendly and kind.
