As soon as you walk into the office you are greeted by the sweetest staff. They make you feel welcomed and at home. Dr. Briggs is amazingly kind and made the whole experience so easy. Both my son and I started our dental treatment with him and can’t wait to see our results. Stephanie who was my OA was absolutely amazing. I appreciated her kindness, her attention to detail and how she explained every single step as she worked on my braces. Nothing came as a surprise as she was very thorough with the process. We had our first visit with Austin Orthodontics last week and it was a great experience! My daughter felt comfortable and even excited to hear what her plan would be for orthodontic care. Dr. Briggs and his staff made an effort to get to know her and make sure she understood what would happen next during the entire visit. The popsicle and fun t-shirt at the end were a huge hit too!
