My experience with Memphis Orthodontist Specialists was amazing!! I love Dr. Werner and his team! The staff is beyond professional. I truly believe they are so nice because they love their job and it shows. Every experience with every person is a good one! And the best part of all is that my teeth look amazing! I get a lot of compliments! I will always recommend Dr. Werner and his team to anyone I meet! They truly do an amazing job with lasting results and a happy smile for years to come!

Fails to listen to patients concerns and will try to sell you on unnecessary extensive treatment so your smile will fit what he believes it should rather than what you are asking for. Since they wont let me respond: The dentist wasn't willing to hear I needed 1mm rotation of my front teeth (and of course some minor adjsutments to accomodate that) and was trying to upsell me on fixing issues I dont find to be issues about my smile that are not needed to perform the work that was being requested and were purely cosmetic. Why on earth would I want multiple years of orthodontic treatment to realign my entire mouth when there is only one minor issue of concern. The dr, like most dentist, seems to be only interested in maximizing billing.

If you have to have braces as an adult, Memphis Orthodontic Specialists is the place to be. Dr. Scott and staff are wonderful!
