I came in for dental care, not to overhear personal conversations about staff members’ weight or eating habits. Those topics are inappropriate for a front desk environment. I also experienced rude and condescending behavior from the receptionist when discussing balances and general interactions. Additionally, I overheard staff discussing patient names, which raises serious concerns about HIPAA compliance and patient privacy. This environment did not feel professional or respectful, especially given the sensitive nature of dental care and personal health information. I hope the office addresses these concerns moving forward.

My experience with this orthodontic team has been wonderful. I started braces later in life, and they’ve been nothing but supportive, professional, and encouraging. The doctors are knowledgeable and truly invested in helping me reach my goals—Dr. Simon especially builds me up and always assures me of the beautiful smile I’m working toward. Kristy is professional, personal, and caring, making every visit comfortable and showing real concern for my progress. The front office staff always greets me warmly and makes me feel welcome. It’s just a great group of people who have given me more confidence in my smile. Highly recommend!

I love Weiss and Glassell I’m never in there all day . The staff is phenomenal and the doctors are amazing. I was very apprehensive about having to get braces at my age but Dr. G told me don’t worry the time would fly by and it would be over before I knew it and believe it or not I’m almost finished .

They made the entire process a wonderful experience. Knowing I was at the very best orthodontic practice was incredibly reassuring and greatly reduced my anxiety. Their generosity and caring mean the world to me, and I am exceptionally pleased with my results.

Just got my braces off today, and it has been such a great experience. Dr. G and Dr. Simon are knowledgeable, kind, and honest. I work in the dental field and am quite picky about my teeth. They listened to me, and also gave me their professional opinion respectfully. There’s no doubt that I would see them again… but I will be wearing my retainers so I don’t have to! 😂
