Dr. Banks was the absolute best! She was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring for my son’s dental needs. I am so happy we found her and looking forward to our future appointments with her. My son said she had such great energy.

Worst ever!!! 1st visit waited an hour just because they forgot us and all my daughter needed was x ray of her mouth, second visit ok Third visit Dentist was rude to my child after she stayed the spacers hurt. He had an attitude about it and he was even the one putting the spacers on. The assistant was. The assistant also stated that she knows spacers can be uncomfortable and cause sensitivity. So I was definitely confused on how the rude dentist felt he could tell my child that she’s over exaggerating . And when she said well that do hurt even after tolerating most of the spacers being put on, only had a couple more to go. He refused the service, stating she shouldn’t have talked back. Pain is subjective not objective, and he is full of himself. I definitely call my insurance and did a grievance!!
