I really wanted to use this doctor because I was referred by my daughters dentist doctor. After dealing with the horrible customer, I just said forget it. They don't answer the phone at both locations or return your calls, when you leave a message. The staff needs intense training on how to maintain a professional office and how to gain more customer service skills. I called them to give them new insurance information. I had to call back in a week to see did the lady verify my insurance and she told me she will give me call back. Another week went by and I still have not heard from the insurance lady. I called and as always no answer, I called again no answer. I didn't bother to leave a message. At this point, I started searching for another orthodontics doctor. I found one in the Collierville area, I gave them my information. They set my daughter up for an appointment. Got X rays and examine her teeth. They even gave me a quote and I gave them my insurance information. They got back with me in 2 days. All this happen while waiting on an insurance verification for 3 weeks, never got back with me about my insurance. When they finally called me it was week three. It took this office 3 weeks to verify my insurance. I had already booked an appointment with the another orthodontics office. Therefore, I called the Kirby Parkway location and cancelled my appointment because I couldn't deal with the horrible customer service (3 weeks to verify insurance), pitiful. Those stars don't lie so pay attention to them.

They don’t give long term patients referrals

They did a great job and they were friendly, fast, and thoughtful. I can say that I’m happy with my treatment, I love my smile and I can’t be happier. I miss my braces but I’m happy with my smile.
