I would give more stars if I could. I had the honor of receiving adult braces at 26 and in the middle of my care had a double jaw surgery. Pickering & Allen both played a huge part in not only the braces but also the surgery. After I had a poor experience with my og surgeon, and my 2nd surgeon moved without warning, they helped find me a new surgeon who originally did not take my insurance. They have excellent bedside manner, but also know how to make you feel the most comfortable. Special shout out to Bethany- who made me feel like we were bffs and had me looking forward to my appt. After 3 years they are off and I couldn't be happier. Looking forward to the rest of my life without being insecure of my smile. I am forever grateful.

Dr Pickering is the absolute best. being born with a cleft, never in my life did i imagine my smile looking as good as it does. Dr Pickering went above and beyond for me and it never went unnoticed. he did not stop until my smile was perfect and that is beyond appreciated. thank you Dr Pickering & of course my favorite assistant Kim🫶🏼

A special shout-out to Bethany, who went above and beyond to help me get a new retainer. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything about the process. I really appreciate the excellent service and care I received here. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-notch orthodontic care!

I was impressed with the level of care and attention Dr. Pickering's office gave me. All I needed was replacement retainers due heavy teeth grinding and I was given care as if I was a long term patient of theirs. Full mouth scan, pictures taken, time with Dr discussing treatment, and a follow up scheduled 30 days after I received retainers to ensure they are working as expected. I truly appreciate them caring about my long term smile as much as I do. The retainers are reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend their services.

Dr Pickering and Dr Allen work so well together in both offices that we visited. They helped us but working around our schedule with work and school to get our son that beautiful smile. The staff both clinical and front office were kind and informative. Thank you so much for taking care of our son. ❤️
