I scheduled an adult ortho consultation because of the rave reviews I read online and now I am giving one! As soon as I walked in I could feel the warmth and positivity from the front desk ladies and all around. Kira is absolutely wonderful and a wealth of knowledge. As a stroke survivor, I was a little nervous about all the X-rays and scans but Kira made me feel at ease and was thorough in explaining everything she was doing. She answered questions before I even asked. Dr. Allen is also genuine and super helpful in echoing what Kira explained about my care. The office was so clean and welcoming. Great teamwork!

I had my first appointment today at Pickering and Allen Orthodontics, and it was an amazing experience. The front desk staff was so kind and welcoming. Ava helped with my consultation and did a great job explaining my options and addressing my concerns. Dr. Allen was very thorough and made everything easy to understand. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful—I’m so glad I chose them!

We have officially finished Phase I of orthodontics with our oldest. We scheduled our initial appointment for the week after I originally contacted the office and got started the same day as the appointment! The staff is friendly and the plan Dr. Pickering created for our son was exactly what he needed at this time. Both Dr. Pickering and Dr. Allen are kind to our child and do a great job explaining the work they are doing to take care of our son’s teeth. Even though we’ll have to wait a while to see if we need a Phase II, I’m sure it’s coming and I’m happy to continue our journey here.

We’ve been with Dr. Pickering, Dr. Allen, and their amazing team for well over 5 years now, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my daughter’s orthodontic care. She’s now starting her second round of braces, and the experience has been consistently outstanding from day one. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Every visit feels like we’re among friends. The office is always clean, organized, and thoughtfully designed, with little touches that make a big difference (we especially love their custom pens & lip balm!). They even gave my daughter a kit that included floss picks, threader floss, extra wax, a very nice t-shirt, and a nice quality bag, all of which was so helpful and much appreciated. Dr. Pickering and Dr. Allen are not only skilled professionals but also compassionate and attentive. They’ve guided us through every phase with clarity and care, making sure my daughter feels confident and supported throughout her journey. We’re so grateful for the trust, consistency, and warmth this practice has shown our family over the years. Highly recommend to anyone seeking orthodontic care that goes above and beyond.
