My daughter had an awesome experience getting her braces on. She said wow this was much easier than I thought! They explained everything very well to her to make her comfortable. I scheduled an adult ortho consultation because of the rave reviews I read online and now I am giving one! As soon as I walked in I could feel the warmth and positivity from the front desk ladies and all around. Kira is absolutely wonderful and a wealth of knowledge. As a stroke survivor, I was a little nervous about all the X-rays and scans but Kira made me feel at ease and was thorough in explaining everything she was doing. She answered questions before I even asked. Dr. Allen is also genuine and super helpful in echoing what Kira explained about my care. The office was so clean and welcoming. Great teamwork!

I was referred to Pickering & Allen by my general dentist after they weren’t sure if braces or Invisalign would be the best treatment plan for me. As a former braces patient I had an idea of what to expect, but little did I know I would come to meet the most caring and compassionate Doctor and staff! Dr. Allen and the entire staff at the West location have changed my life! Dr. Allen was able to create an Invisalign treatment plan for me and the results speak for themselves! I highly recommend this practice for many reasons, but the main ones include: - As an adult patient I never once felt out of place - The technology was great! - Each visit I was greeted and seen by a friendly staff members who took the time to know my case - Dr. Allen always took the time to check on how I felt with the progress. He was always willing to give reassurance or alternative options. I really appreciated this because I never felt rushed to discuss concerns It’s my opinion that going to an orthodontist for Invisalign is the best choice one can make! After years of being self-conscious about my teeth they’re finally perfect again and I am forever grateful to Dr. Allen and the West location for my perfect smile!
