Langford Orthodontics

We started at Langford in May of this year and have been pleased so far. Everyone is kind and they squeeze you in for small adjustments when needed (for example a wire was poking my daughter’s mouth and they got us in the next day). They have a fun waiting room with movies and video games so my kids are not sad when they have to wait a while. So far, braces have made a big difference in my daughter’s teeth, so the care seems good! They estimated about 2 years so 1.5 more to go.

I couldn't be happier with our experience with Langford - Knoxville location. Both of my kids have been seen by the wonderful staff, they have been friendly, professional, and explained everything in a easy to understand way from the very 1st consultation. The services are so quick! These are the only appointments I look forward too. lol. They make it easy to set and rearrange appointments! I would definitely consider using them for myself as well.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at North Shore Smiles Dentistry! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The front desk staff was friendly, efficient, and made the check-in process seamless. the entire team were absolutely incredible—knowledgeable, gentle, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain every step of my treatment and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. I’ve always been a little anxious about dental visits, but this was hands-down the most relaxing and positive experience I’ve ever had at a dental office.

We were told that our 12yro son would need a consultation for braces, by our beloved family dentist. He suggested we use Langford Orthodontic. Sheri took such good care of us and explained the process like a pro. They were able to get him in and apply his braces the first day. Braces are expensive but I believe they helped to make it affordable. They treated our whole family with kindness and respect, they allowed a lot of time for us to ask questions and have them answered( even a lot of questions from our 10 yro son who was with us).

From the very beginning, everyone has been incredibly friendly and caring. They are patient, take the time to explain everything in detail, and make you feel completely at ease. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and are so glad we found them.
