Wanted my braces off early bc they were not working for me. As soon as I mentioned this, I got cold shouldered and they acted so strange. I think they took it very personally? Couldn’t even discuss concerns because they didn’t care at that point & all the Dr. Could say was “she didn’t like my braces”, no direction, didn’t finish answering my questions. In the same appt, they ripped my bracket off of my tooth and refused to put it back on until I made a big deal about my tooth possibly shifting. I was in ongoing treatment while I figured out where I would be getting my retainers from…..Because they told me they would charge me $1,000 per arc, so $2,000 for retainers. Hilarious. Attached is a screenshot of where they LIED about ripping my bracket off and tried to refuse to put it back on. The front receptionist lady was extremely rude while explaining what I owed and had such a strong attitude while I was asking where she was pulling these random numbers from if the treatment cost wasn’t prorated. I guess she didn’t know what the word proration meant and that’s why we were both confused, but she was so rude and nasty. She then proceeded to tell me I couldn’t get retainers bc I didn’t complete treatment. As if I didn’t just pay thousands for my teeth to be where they were at and are almost completely straight now. That’s when they gave me the outrageously overpriced retainer fee of 2k. Anytime cosmetics were mentioned, they were not interested in helping or doing anything ortho’s would normally do, they would always just say “your teeth are just like that” lol. Lazy. What a mistake to choose this very weird business that I regret choosing. Very fake nice people and were very nice a few weeks after this, probably trying to avoid this bad review right here. Yall showed your true colors and earned your 1 star! Good work.

We had a really great first visit with Dr. Culberson and his staff. They were so friendly and courteous. We were treated with kindness and respect and all of our questions were answered with great care and detail. Most of the treatments are digitized, so there's no more gagging on goo to get teeth impressions. I love how the integration of AI and technology has improved the orthodontic process. Looking forward to working with this team for all our orthodontic needs.

5/6/24 update: My teeth look ugly, Kristie called me today, asked how I felt about treatment, did not listen, then proceed invalidating what I shared while answering her question about how I felt. Please offer a resolution: 1) my one tooth rotated to the side, and you're telling me "it's perfect" This is unacceptable, and your invalidating communication style with me today is unacceptable; 2) there’s massive space between my teeth created by this treatment, and when I talk, saliva is bubbling there and spitting out of my mouth; I already told Kristie this REPEATEDLY, and her response is: “Your teeth look perfect, nothing we can do.” 3) my upper teeth are out of my mouth and located on top of my upper lip; you said "Nothing else we can do" and in this case, I need my refund because my teeth are ugly and uncomfortable being out of my mouth I started on January 2nd, 2023; today is 5/6/24, and my teeth look awful. I signed up for this treatment because the doctor promised me he'll ensure I am satisfied with my results. Your statement to me today "Nothing we can do" invalidates the doctor's promise and makes him look like a liar 🤥 ORIGINAL 👇🏻 Wow! What an experience today! I found this awesome place on Google Maps and called. Michelle was super-friendly, helpful, and patient as I asked one million questions and shared that I’m 40 and have my teeth moving to a different address all of a sudden! Michelle assured me that THIS is the right place, so I scheduled my appointment. But I also needed teeth cleaned. Michelle found me a great doctor and a quick appointment, which was amazing! She truly walked the extra-mile for me as a newbie: I never had braces. The office sent appointment reminders via text and email, and I was grateful. Today I showed up and wow! The location is gorgeous, the team is so friendly and welcoming, the service was outstanding, and the doctor is ten out of five stars. He explained EVERYTHING and showed me what’s possible. He assured me that I’m making the right decision. My initial anxiety vanished and I paid right away to get started. They took pictures of me BEFORE. Here are my teeth today, and I’ll post new pictures in 10 months to show you my results. I’m in good hands! Do I recommend this doctor? Heck yah!!!! It’s the best experience I’ve had! Went in this morning for my son’s consultation. Every part of the staff was wonderful, from the front desk down to Dr. Culberson. They made my son feel super comfortable and they were great with him. We can’t wait to get started on his braces journey with Culberson orthodontics!

We had a not so great experience with another orthodontist for my daughter’s first phase of braces and decided to try Culberson at the recommendation of our dentist. The entire experience, from the greeting at the door to the end of the conversation with Dr. Culberson, was nothing short of amazing I didn’t feel pressured to spend a ton of money right away and they took the time to explain exactly what was going on and the ways we could approach a solution. Definitely recommend this practice!
