We are just beginning our orthodontic experience and I have been beyond happy with the service we have received at Crawford Orthodontics. The office staff were all super friendly and somehow they managed to make a dental office feel warm and welcoming. The orthodontist himself was friendly and professional and gave me honest options with no sales pitch. Even the staff member who helped me think through our insurance information helped simplify the way things work without making me feel overwhelmed. I’m so thankful that our pediatric dentist referred us here and I can’t wait to see the end result of the magic they work on my children’s smiles!

Dr. Crawford and his staff are so kind! They are punctual and professional too. Two of our kiddos have had braces with them now and we couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend!

My first appointment with Crawford was splendid! Literally the quickest process I’ve gone through getting braces on, which was under an hour. I’ve had braces before. Wear your retainers lol. Lastly, my favorite part was how Dr. Crawford checked the placement of brackets before they were sealed. That let me know that he’s serious about my smile goals, and that his workers trust his knowledge, without feeling undermined. It was seen as a security blanket for me, as a patient, who’s had a bad experience with my previous ortho. I know without a doubt that I’ll love my smile this time around.

This is my second time having to get braces and I can say this is by far the BEST orthodontist I've attended. The scheduling process for new patients was very simple and accurate. The staff is very friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and ready to help. They even recommend a dentist more local to me. What I love the most that's very different from the last place I attended, they tell you what they're doing and what's going on. I'm a very curious person when it comes to my health and dental care. So, to not have to ask and for them to tell me, hey were putting on a stronger wire at the top and the reason we aren't changing the bottom wire yet was a plus. Dr. Crawford is very mannerable and doesn't just sit in his office all day. He's active with his staff and clientele. Also!! Shout out to Kayla for my card you all mailed me 🫶🏾! Thank you to everyone there for being the team I didn't know I needed. So if you all are reading this, you all are amazing and deserve more than 5 🌟!!

Since I have had my braces Dr.Crawford and his staff are friendly . You can feel the warm atmosphere because they make feel like part of their family. I would definitely recommend him and his staff for your braces needs.
