They need a new financial person. Leslie is very rude and condescending when she speaks to you. I was over charged every time I had an appointment which resulted in me always having credits that they don’t tell you about. I asked to use a $100 credit that was on my account and Leslie got upset with me and made me feel like I was wrong for wanting to use it. When I received my claim information from my insurance, I was over charged again which resulted in another $93 credit (I asked for a reimbursement). Luckily my insurance tells me how much I owe the dentist or I would have never known I was over paying. I absolutely loved this dental office because Dr. Dyer is so kind and welcoming. The dental hygienist and dental assistants are all amazing. The financial lady is really bringing them down and that’s a bummer. I unfortunately switched dentists because I didn’t want to continue dealing with her. If you don’t question what you are paying, then you will be fine. Once you start asking her questions, she shows her true colors.

I have been experiencing jaw and gum pain and couldn't get in with my dentist until February. I reached out to Augusta Smilecare this afternoon around 2:20pm and they were able to see me shortly after, (today).They were pleasant to talk to. Great customer service. The dentist was awesome. Great bedside manner and very caring. All around great staff. I will definitely be returning for future services. Thank you.

I called to cancel an appointment, canceling well over 72 hours in advance. At the time, I was asked if I wanted to reschedule and I said not right now. The person then asked if I wanted to be dropped as a patient. I said no, I simply wanted to call back later to reschedule the cleaning. I asked if she was threatening to remove me as a patient simply because I canceled a routine cleaning. She said no, noting I had a large balance, (never received a bill for that.) The office staff, at least the individual I dealt with this morning is incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional. I’ve been a patient at this practice for well over a decade and, in that time, had to cancel the occasional appointment. Until today I had never been threatened with being removed as a patient for a simple cancellation.

My friends suggested I try this dental office and I’m so glad I did! I hadn’t been to a dental office in 5 years. They’re friendly and kind. I had to do a deep cleaning and it didn’t hurt, I also had cavities that they took care of. I look forward to my cleaning appointments. They walked me through my treatment plan and answered all of my questions. I feel like they like being there and they don’t rush me. They ask if I need a break during my treatment. I definitely feel welcomed and loved there. I recommend them.

Dr Massey is such a great dentist! He’s compassionate, patient and kind. Dr Massey is very smart and up to date on the best dental practices and procedure.
