Once again my visit to Augusta Smile was very satisfying. As soon as you walk in the door they make you feel comfortable. After over fourteen years of being a patient I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied. Thank you all the staff at Augusta Smile for being amazing.

Probably the Best experience I’ve ever had with a Dentist. I’m not one to show my nervousness but like most men we don’t like hearing the word Dentist. Dr Warren and his Staff helped conquer my fear of Dentist and Needles.. painless, fast, so fast I had to ask was he done. During the procedure he talked to me about what is feel, as a Barber I’ve have learned it’s calming to a nervous client and as a priest laying back I was so Thankful. I have definitely well my wife has found our family a Dentist Office I am gonna recommend to all my clients and friends. Thanks for easing my mind about going to the Dentist.

After calling several dental offices, Augusta SmileCare were the only ones willing and able to see me with an emergency situation. I was embarrassed with the current state of my smile but they were warm and welcoming and able to see me to provide relief and a plan. I'm grateful and excited to be working with them after this initial experience and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

It’s never easy to change dentists, but my experience here exceeded my expectations. The team was punctual, genuinely friendly, and took their time throughout the visit. Dr. Massey, his assistant, and the hygienist explained everything in detail, mostly without me asking, and they never gave the vibe of being rushed. The exam and cleaning were more comprehensive than any I’ve had before, and they were very gentle throughout. The office itself was clean, welcoming, and maintained a professional yet relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend this practice.

I had a crown that came off and had to be recemented. Although I had not been a previous patient they were very accommodating during the busy Christmas holidays and saw me. The tooth was carefully xrayed and crown was placed back. It feels brand new. Great care, consideration and service. What a great dentist and staff and beautiful office.
