We absolutely love MyFamily Braces! Dr. Oliveira is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every step of the treatment process. She is also very friendly and makes both kids and adults feel comfortable at every visit. The office has such a warm, family atmosphere — you truly feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. It’s always very clean and well organized, which gives great peace of mind. The quality of care is outstanding, and the pricing is very fair for the level of service you receive. We especially appreciate that they are one of the only orthodontists in town who accept insurance, which makes treatment much more accessible for families. I called this office so close to them being closed to let them know my bounded retainer snapped and was causing me pain. They immediately had Dr Deise pick up the phone and she told me to come in got my info. She was patient and very fair. She took care of my bottom braises and explained the process. She was incredibly kind and her office staff was really sweet. I have not had an experience like this before they even let me go into the side office to charge my phone while I was filling out forms because it was dying. This practice is so wonderful they help as soon as they can. No one else does that same day help within just hours of you calling. Thank you to your office and your staff for staying 2 hours after closing to take care of me. This office was an actual customer service experience of above and beyond. So lovely thank you

Dr. Oliveira is super sweet and patient. She listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. She even took half of my bill off because of mis-information that I got about the consult being free and she understood my frustration. The rest of the staff were super nice and friendly also. I would definitely come here for your braces or retainer needs!

Dr. Oliveira is amazing! Our son just finished his 2 1/2 years of braces treatment and we could not be happier with the results. He is more confident and willing to communicate, and a large part of thar comes from his improved smile! If we were not moving, we would have Dr. Oliveira also work with our daughter!
