We would highly recommend Dr. Carters office. Everyone there made this a very comfortable experience for my little son he is 10 years old and has went through multiple mouth surgeries so he does not like going to a dentist at all and is scared they all made him feel welcome and at home they kept in mind of his feelings the whole time and I'm so grateful for that it made the appointment so much easier. They answered all our questions and genuinely cared not to mention the money they saved us compared to what we would have spent and we are so grateful for that. Because times are hard for everyone. So thanks Dr Carter's office y'all are amazing

I signed up for Forever Aligned Club membership thinking I’d have access to retainers for 5 years after treatment. That’s the selling point of Forever Aligned. Ease, access, and convenience in maintaining your teeth’s placement. So, why was I just told I cannot order replacement retainers because there are no dental scans on file to replace them? They never did them. I’m not convinced these guys aren’t sanctioned scammers. The team is generally great. Beware anything else they try to sell you though. And if you buy into it, remember that “✨shift happens✨” and that’s how they get your business again.

This is a positive, happy, group of people who treat customers with warmth and kindness. Everyone is so knowledgeable, they make their work look easy. You can feel comfortable sending your children here and equally comfortable being treated as an adult here too, as I am. They're a fantastic group of individuals who make a strong, amazing, team. The kind, effective leadership of Dr. Carter makes this happen. Once you meet him and the team, you'll know why everyone speaks so highly of him and the group and why they have such a great reputation.

The staff is so pleasant and promptly addresses everyone that walks through the door. Every person I have encountered has done a great job at each appointment, explaining what they are doing and why. I'm honestly going to miss them when I get my braces off. I definitely recommend.
