They are all nice and welcoming! But this one young lady I had, she’s the best. I can’t recall her name, but she’s always quick and fast. I’ll be very pleased with her when I come to my appointment. When I first got my braces, I was breaking brackets back-to-back, but once she did them, I never broke another one.

We would highly recommend Dr. Carters office. Everyone there made this a very comfortable experience for my little son he is 10 years old and has went through multiple mouth surgeries so he does not like going to a dentist at all and is scared they all made him feel welcome and at home they kept in mind of his feelings the whole time and I'm so grateful for that it made the appointment so much easier. They answered all our questions and genuinely cared not to mention the money they saved us compared to what we would have spent and we are so grateful for that. Because times are hard for everyone. So thanks Dr Carter's office y'all are amazing

I signed up for Forever Aligned Club membership thinking I’d have access to retainers for 5 years after treatment. That’s the selling point of Forever Aligned. Ease, access, and convenience in maintaining your teeth’s placement. So, why was I just told I cannot order replacement retainers because there are no dental scans on file to replace them? They never did them. I’m not convinced these guys aren’t sanctioned scammers. The team is generally great. Beware anything else they try to sell you though. And if you buy into it, remember that “✨shift happens✨” and that’s how they get your business again.
