Forever Aligned Club

Due to some dental work my retainers no longer fit & after some years of not wearing them my teeth started shifting back a little. I started shopping around for orthodontic aligner treatment to get my teeth back straight again so I could order a new retainer and was surprised at the cost required for the minimal treatment I needed. The Forever Aligned Club has an affordable aligner treatment option that suited my needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They got me in right away, the whole staff was super sweet, and they explained the whole process so well. Dr. David and Katie laid everything out right so no surprises and I know the process will go great!

Very bad customer service. I attempted the get a free virtual consultation for their aligners and sent a message via their website. A text was received saying I would hear back during business hours. No response. I figured if I paid a membership, I would hear from them. No response despite multiple messages through the website and phone calls. Only after messaging on Instagram did I hear back and had a virtual consultation scheduled that they did not follow up on. I would not recommend this to anyone. There is little to no response from them and they do not care that you have a membership and already paid. Please find a better provider for aligners. UPDATE: I sent them a few dms via instagram. I was told they would inform a manager and they would call me back in a couple of days. After leaving reviews on Google and Facebook, I received a phone call from them stating that they made a human mistake and entered my phone number incorrectly. I truly believe they only called back because of the bad reviews. Despite this, there was little to no response from them even before their “error”.

Great place! Would absolutely recommend this location for your smiling needs. They do clear braces, teeth whitening, permanent retainers and much more! All for affordable prices AND you can get lifetime replacements for your items for a small fee. They have qualified individuals that you can have a face to face with if you need to. Unlike other places I have went to for clear braces. Go in and ask for Courtney! She will square you away.
