Carter Orthodontics

When I say I've been a patient of Dr.Carter's, I mean for 20+ years. I was treated as a preteen and teenager by him and his father. I am greeted and treated like family. So much so, I am now bringing my children here too! The technicians are very gentle and explain to my children what is going on and why. I have never in my many years as a patient been surprised by hidden costs, to extended care without need. Many of the staff are the originals I had as a teen, and that speaks to the care and appreciation Dr.Carter has for his staff. I wouldn't bring my family anywhere else!

The entire office staff, no matter which location I have had an appointment, has always been wonderful! I couldn’t imagine a better experience anywhere else! Thank you for all you do!

Encountered numerous issues from the beginning. Was sold into their annual plan, I expressly stated what treatment pathways I was NOT interested in, only to find out it was a pre-requisite after I signed up for the annual plan. Surprise surprise that required treatment hasn't worked even for a moment. Has 2 wasted trips because the office staff are uncoordinated and don't communicate effectively. Seems like they don't know their left hand from their right. Nothing done at this clinic has proven to be remotely helpful.

We are so pleased with the service we receive here every time we visit! My oldest daughter is going through the process of braces, and the friendly staff has patiently walked us through every step of the way. The entire staff is knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to help. I would recommend this office to everyone I know!!

The staff were extremely nice when we walked in. Dr. Carter and Katie were very informative and made me and my daughter feel comfortable. We arrived a little early and were seen quickly. Needless to say, my daughter will have braces soon. Thank you so much.
