I can not say enough about Dr. Watson!!! When shopping for a orthodontist 2 years ago, there was no question he was the one!! Fast forward , my son was due to get his braces off in 2 weeks and was in a bike accident knocking out his front teeth , his braces really saved most of his teeth but anyway! Dr. Watson was on the phone with me & the emergency room doctor at 10 pm on a Sunday night walking us through the next steps and arranging oral surgeon, Dr. Howell at Carolina Center for Oral & Facial Surgery. He prepared a whole team and was treating my son like his own emergency. Im crying writing this , im forever grateful for him & his team of magicians and caring experts!! Look no further !!! We are a Forever Grateful family.

My girls love Dr. Freeman at Palmetto Orthodontics! They have so much fun in the the arcade waiting room and they always make it a quick, easy appointment! Looking forward to seeing their beautiful smiles when we finish with their orthodontic work!

I had such a great experience with Tee during my Invisalign process. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, and she made sure I understood every step along the way. Tee took the time to answer all my questions and always made me feel comfortable and at ease. Her attention to detail and calm, friendly approach made what could have been an intimidating process feel easy and manageable. I truly appreciated her care and professionalism. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Dr Caldwell is great! Every one of our kids with braces goes here. He is a great orthodontist (free coffee helps soothe the bill anxiety)

Dr. Freeman inherited me as an Invisalign failure, but could not have made my experience any better. I obviously was disappointed, but she came up with a plan to move forward. This involved briefly going back to regular braces. The staff is wonderful and I never had to wait. Dr. Freeman is peppy, positive, and great at her job. She turned what could have been an unpleasant experience into a fantastic one. Would highly recommend her.
