I can not say enough about Dr. Watson!!! When shopping for a orthodontist 2 years ago, there was no question he was the one!! Fast forward , my son was due to get his braces off in 2 weeks and was in a bike accident knocking out his front teeth , his braces really saved most of his teeth but anyway! Dr. Watson was on the phone with me & the emergency room doctor at 10 pm on a Sunday night walking us through the next steps and arranging oral surgeon, Dr. Howell at Carolina Center for Oral & Facial Surgery. He prepared a whole team and was treating my son like his own emergency. Im crying writing this , im forever grateful for him & his team of magicians and caring experts!! Look no further !!! We are a Forever Grateful family.

This place has always been amazing ever since my first child had to get braces in 3rd/4th grade!! They treat us like family and make sure have no concerns! We made sure not to take anyone photo without permission first!!

We LOVE PFO! We are on kid 2 out of 3 for orthodontic work and every member of the staff treats them like their number one patient every time we are there! Their treatment plans have been tailored to their specific needs and their financing flexibility is a huge help! Having the ability to have excellent care at an affordable price is so wonderful. Scheduling is easy and we have never had any surprises with treatment or payment! Our kids look forward to their appointments and the office culture is unmatched!

Dr. Freeman inherited me as an Invisalign failure, but could not have made my experience any better. I obviously was disappointed, but she came up with a plan to move forward. This involved briefly going back to regular braces. The staff is wonderful and I never had to wait. Dr. Freeman is peppy, positive, and great at her job. She turned what could have been an unpleasant experience into a fantastic one. Would highly recommend her.

Dr Caldwell is great! Every one of our kids with braces goes here. He is a great orthodontist (free coffee helps soothe the bill anxiety)
