Palmetto Family Orthodontics - Greenville (East Faris)

We have had an excellent experience with this orthodontic practice! They have treated three of our four children so far, and we couldn't be happier with the care they've received. Dr Caldwell is knowledgeable, thorough, and always takes the time to explain treatment and answer our questions. The entire office is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and so well run. From scheduling appointments to check-in and every visit in between, the staff is organized, efficient, and genuinely kind. It's clear they truly care about their patients. We highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding orthodontic care! We love PFO!!

Our whole family loves Palmetto Family Orthodontics! We truly can’t imagine going anywhere else for orthodontic treatment. We see Dr. Caldwell regularly, but every orthodontist there is fantastic! The entire team is so kind, professional, and welcoming. They make you feel like part of the family every single visit. We have loved our experience at Palmetto Family Ortho. We sought treatment for primarily airway and sleep issues and Dr. Caldwell has been amazing to work with. He explains things well, really listens to me as a parent and does a wonderful job interacting with my young kids. 10/10 :)

Dr. Rush-Baker Caldwell is absolute gold. There is nobody with more knowledge, bedside manner and compassion. My boys love and look forward to going to the orthodontist just to see him. So thankful we found such an amazing provider and office staff. Absolutely no one quite like them in Greenville. We’ve had multiple family members with complex issues and he has treated them with individual kindness and answered all of my mama questions. This is our second child to go through ortho treatment at Palmetto and we love the convenience of the East Faris location. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and professional. Ally and Dr Caldwell were fantastic explaining our options and working with us!
