Dr. Caldwell is truly one of a kind! He is not only incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, but he also has such a kind and genuine way of connecting with his patients. My kids absolutely love him…he makes them laugh, feel comfortable, and always leaves them feeling like they’re his favorite patient. He has a gift for making everyone feel special and cared for, while still being professional and detail-oriented. It’s rare to find someone who is both excellent at what they do and also so personable and fun. We honestly can’t believe we’re saying this…but we actually look forward to our next orthodontist appointment!

A Truly Exceptional Orthodontist w/ an Airway focused approach! From the moment I walked into the office, I knew I was in the right place. Dr. Rush-Baker Caldwell is the perfect blend of professional expertise and personable charm. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but he also takes the time to explain every step of the process, making sure I felt comfortable and informed at all times. I was most impressed with his approach to take into account airway and facial development, breathing and sleep apnea and his willingness to collaborate w/ myofunctional therapy. Our family currently has 3 patients seeing him, all for very different reasons... so lots of moving parts and treatment plans! The office staff are equally wonderful — always friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a sense of fun that makes each visit something to look forward to (who knew I’d say that about an orthodontist appointment?!). Dr. Caldwell truly makes the effort to connect with patients, PFO's down-to-earth approach makes even the most nervous patient feel at ease. I’ve never felt rushed, and all my questions were always answered thoroughly. Highly recommend Dr. Caldwell and PFO to anyone looking for top-tier care in a relaxed, enjoyable environment. PFO is wonderful. I have 2 kids hat are completely different and they accommodate them both. The crew is kind, sweet, patience and adapt to their patients.. My son started at age 3 and is 14 now. They are true to the FAMILY in their name. I'm very thankful for them. I highly recommend PFO.
