Palmetto Family Orthodontics - Greenville (East Faris)

Exceptional. We love coming here. Great staff. I would highly recommended!

We have had an excellent experience with this orthodontic practice! They have treated three of our four children so far, and we couldn't be happier with the care they've received. Dr Caldwell is knowledgeable, thorough, and always takes the time to explain treatment and answer our questions. The entire office is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and so well run. From scheduling appointments to check-in and every visit in between, the staff is organized, efficient, and genuinely kind. It's clear they truly care about their patients. We highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding orthodontic care! We love PFO!!

They are efficient and very caring for all my children. I take all 5 of kids there. They do their best to schedule visits for parent convenience. We love them!

To say the team at PFO on Faris is amazing is an understatement!!! You really get the feeling of being at home with both the location and everyone’s personality! Keep up the amazing work PFO!

This is our second child to go through ortho treatment at Palmetto and we love the convenience of the East Faris location. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and professional. Ally and Dr Caldwell were fantastic explaining our options and working with us!
