My experience with Palmetto Family Orthodontics has been exceptional...the atmosphere has been both friendly and professional throughout my Invisalign journey. (Shout out to Tara who worked tirelessly to get things straightened out with my insurance provider.) I highly recommend Palmetto Family Orthodontics for the care that they have given to me as a patient ...I give them a five "Smile" rating. 😀😀😀😀😀

Honestly this has been the worst decision I’ve made in my adult life. After two years of treatment, my initial problems weren’t fixed, AND a new bite issue was created that now “can’t” be fixed either. If I could snap my fingers and go back to how my teeth were before, I would in an instant. I am so regretful and I genuinely hope this review helps at least one person decide to pass on Palmetto Ortho so they don’t have to go through the investment and disappointment that I’ve been through.

My two daughters are both current patients. We are loving our experience! The offices are comforting and beautiful, the staff are friendly and competent! Highly recommend!
