We’ve had such a great experience! My boys always feel comfortable and cared for at every visit. The staff is friendly, professional, and takes the time to explain each step so we know what to expect. Appointments are always on time, and the office has such a welcoming atmosphere. I truly appreciate how patient and understanding they are with kids—my boys actually look forward to their visits! Highly recommend to any parent looking for excellent orthodontic care.

Honestly this has been the worst decision I’ve made in my adult life. After two years of treatment, my initial problems weren’t fixed, AND a new bite issue was created that now “can’t” be fixed either. If I could snap my fingers and go back to how my teeth were before, I would in an instant. I am so regretful and I genuinely hope this review helps at least one person decide to pass on Palmetto Ortho so they don’t have to go through the investment and disappointment that I’ve been through.

I have gone many times to PFO. There are two women who have worked on me, Ashley and Elaine. They were the sweetest souls and very gentle. Most places I’ve been to, the workers hurt my mouth when working on it. Ashley and Elaine are very gentle and ever since I’ve seen them, my braces are better than ever, my teeth are straightening perfectly and my mouth is never sore. I highly recommend going to PFO!

My two daughters are both current patients. We are loving our experience! The offices are comforting and beautiful, the staff are friendly and competent! Highly recommend!

The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly from the office staff to the dental hygienists to the orthodontists. I trust their advice and know they will always do only what is needed to give me a perfect smile.
