Southern Oak Dental Greenville

This is an amazing dentist office. Have been coming here for a couple years. We moved out of state and still kept this as our dentist. The gals at the front are awesome, so kind and helpful. The hygienists are so friendly and make you feel comfortable and explain things so well. They give great instructions and feedback for dental care. Dr Hardy is awesome! Helps you feel relaxed and takes great care of you. He’s very thorough. Everyone here takes care of your smile with a smile. The waiting area is nice and comfy and has complimentary WiFi and coffee- how nice!

Very impressed with my first visit to a new Dentist! Front desk staff are quite pleasant and helpful. Dr. Ben Hardy is very personable and detailed with his exam as was his assistant Kim during the X-ray procedure. Enjoyed Ben's sense of humor, certainly puts patients at ease, treated you as though you were a family member. He was professional, extremely informative and offered excellent guidance regarding my dental situation. My second visit was with Hygienist Milissa, who was great! Wonderful personality and super detailed with the cleaning procedure. At age 72 I've seen a lot of Dentists but, Southern Oak Dental is by far the best Dental office I've had the pleasure of being a patient!

This was my first time visiting this dental office, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and the reception team was friendly and efficient. The dentist and hygienist did a fantastic job — very professional, gentle, and thorough with the cleaning. The office is extremely clean, organized, and well-maintained, and the pricing is very fair for the level of quality and care provided. Overall, everything was outstanding. I highly recommend this place and will definitely continue coming here.

Took my baby girl to see Lauren today for her first “cleaning” she’ll be two in December. Lauren was so patient, awesome, and thoughtful. She showed my sweet girl all her tools and how everything worked. My little bean left laughing hands down the best practice EVER 🤍

David's appt with the oral surgeon went really good. He and the nurse was very good with keeping David calm and even played southern gospel during the procedure. Both dr and nurse were very professional and personable . Every thing is super clean and the instruments are sterile and bagged. Office ladies are very sweet and helpful with working out our bill. Thanks so much glad to find a dentist group we like.
