My experience with Orthodontics of the Lehigh Valley and Dr. Stephen Ely has been one that I will remember for the rest of my life. From day one, the entire team has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. No matter how busy they are, they always greet you with a smile and treat you like family. Scheduling has been flexible, communication has been excellent, and every visit has been a positive experience. Dr. Ely is outstanding. He takes the time to explain everything, answer questions, and ensure you feel confident about your treatment plan. The level of compassion, professionalism, and genuine care shown by him and his team is truly exceptional. There simply aren’t enough words to express my gratitude to everyone in the office. If you’re looking for an orthodontic practice that combines expertise with kindness and treats patients like family, I cannot recommend Orthodontics of the Lehigh Valley highly enough. The staff at the front desk are awesome! My daughter had to have an MRI, but needed to have her palate expander removed in order for her to tolerate/ proceed with the test. Brooke was able to get her in the very next day and Dr Ely was able to remove the palate expander with no issues. Because of that, my daughter was able to have her MRI and was able to get the care that she needed. I can’t say enough how much that meant to us. The staff is always attentive and pleasant and in this case, very understanding of our situation.

Dr Ely and his staff are the BEST! They always have a beautiful smile ready to greet you from the beginning to the end of the appointment. Very professional and friendly. I would strongly recommend this awesome practice. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here. ❤️
