The billing office takes forever to refund my overpayment. Even if my insurance covers everything, they still charged me a large amount of initial payment. When the treatment was over, I had to call them constantly to get my overpayment back. Initially they told me the refund will be back in 4~6 weeks. After waiting for 6 weeks, I called them again and was told it hadn't been processed yet. They asked me to wait for another 4~6 weeks for the processing. It was such a hassle that they just want to hold your money and won't give it back. They definitely need a more efficient and responsive billing department. The dentist, Eric, is great though.

Sparks orthodontics has the sweetest staff !! that includes Dr.Eric.He’s the nicest dentist I have ever met. They are polite, kind, caring, and very patient. The appointment don’t have you waiting long. It’s very clean and Beautifully decorated. They provide you with easy appointment scheduling. Sparks is the best!!! I bring all of my children all the way to sparks and it’s worth the 55 minutes drive.

From the front desk to the girls taking you back they were all friendly. It was extremely easy getting an appointment for my daughter. I can tell this is going to be a seamless process while she has her braces. The place was very clean as well.
