STEER CLEAR! If I could give 0 stars I would:) I refrain from writing negative posts, but I’ve never been so upset! I’ve had my braces on for six years and every appointment it’s a “you’re almost there” situation. So now I’m leaving for college soon and I asked when I can get them off- now all of a sudden, x, y, and z are wrong (which I’ll admit my teeth look horrible) and suddenly I NEED to get TEETH pulled in order to make my teeth flush with the others? After SIX years I suddenly need teeth pulled?!? I thought it was crazy to do that so I went and got a second opinion before my teeth were pulled and just as I thought- pulling teeth out would be “insane” as my new orthodontist put it. Now I have to pay to get a whole new set of braces after six years of comedic work. My time and money has been waisted and I’m not happy. Please do not trust these people with your time, money or teeth! They don’t know what they’re doing! They also have terrible customer service that’s outsourced from a call center! When you call you can’t even get service then and there because they have to email “administration”. Steer clear! It’s not worth it!
