Phenomenal! Dr. Kun is a master of his trade! The professionalism and kindness shown by the entire staff are top-notch. They make you feel welcome and comfortable, like family. The attention to detail and personalized care are unmatched. I feel very lucky to be under their expert care and would never consider going anywhere else.

Awesome dental office. One of the best, if not best, dental experiences I’ve had. They check in to make sure you’re comfortable along the way and give solid advice on how to take care of your teeth. Thank you Dr. Kun and the entire staff!

UPDATE 11/25/25: Still 5 stars! If I had known years ago what I know now, I would have started treatment with this office then. The level of care I have received and continue to experience is outstanding. The entire team is so kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable (**Special shout out to Alison and Shaydia!!)... absolutely worth the investment! I have learned so much this past year and although my personal TMJ disorder situation is quite complex and challenging (which I did not know until getting the full exam and imaging), these guys have supported and encouraged me the entire way. I'm not where I want to be yet, but it is NOT due to their lack of effort, skill, or knowledge. Slowly but surely I am making progress and I am beyond grateful to have these professionals guiding the way. 4/24/25: I sought treatment from Dr. Kun and his team due to chronic TMJ issues, and I am thrilled with my experienced!! The entire team is incredible… super kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional. Gorgeous offices and very welcoming. I have been very impressed with the technology they have and how well everyone works together. I would definitely recommend! I already have a regular dentist and see a periodontist, and both of them recommended Botox for my pain and severe muscle tension. I’m only 39 but have suffered from worsening jaw issues for over a decade. After doing some extensive reading, online searching, and hearing from other experienced professionals, I found enough evidence to convince me that Botox was NOT an answer or a solution for my problem—just a bandaid that I wasn’t willing to try. (There are studies indicating it can lead to bone loss in the jaw as well as contribute to toxin overload for more stressed and sensitive individuals. Botox is not risk free despite how common it seems to be now.) I’ve learned that the periodontitis I developed almost a decade ago is a form of “occlusal disease” from clenching, and my jaw and tongue have shifted over the years. I’ve used a traditional upper mouth guard from my dentist for over 6 years to protect my teeth, but my jaw issues have worsened and it has interfered with my proper tongue position and breathing at night. I knew none of this before seeking proper TMJ treatment and it has been such an empowering experience. I’ve worked primarily with Alison so far and she is absolutely FANTASTIC!! Very thorough extensive testing and I just received my first TMJ orthotic yesterday (pics included. It’s much more sleek and streamlined than my previous night guard, and it looks a little scary with the metal but it’s actually quite comfortable!). I feel so hopeful and excited for this healing journey! They also offer myofunctional therapy to address the tongue/oral posture/muscle issues and help ensure I am on the right track for full recovery and long term maintenance. Yes it is expensive and mostly out of pocket for me, but I have been so miserable and suffering for years! (They did provide me a printout and pricing outline for everything so I knew what to expect up front. They submitted claims to my dental and health insurance to try for coverage, but my plans denied the requests.) Fortunately my jaw never locked on me, but the pain is so unbearable some days I don’t even want to eat, talking is exhausting, and the headaches can be debilitating. It’s pretty much guaranteed that if you don’t seek to understand WHY your body is sending you these signs and symptoms, and then actually treat the underlying problem/dysfunction, it will continue to get progressively worse until the damage is too severe for this treatment to work. I am extremely pleased with my experiences at Dr. Kun’s offices (both Whitehall and Mertztown) and definitely recommend that anyone with any jaw/TMJ issues at least get the evaluation and testing to see where you’re at. I’ve learned so much through this process and it’s been totally worth it for me! (I will aim to post another follow up review in the coming months once I am further along in my treatment.)

Nikki and Dr. Kun are always great. Not the best news today but we will “get through it together” as Nikki always says. The girls at the desk are also so welcoming as I am not the biggest fan of going to the dentist.
