Our experience at Thai Orthodontics has been outstanding from the very first visit. Every member of the team has been wonderful from the friendly office staff, to the technician who took my son’s x-rays, to Dr. Thai herself. We have truly felt cared for every step of the way. Today my 10-year-old had his braces placed, and I especially want to recognize Maddie. She walked him through each step with calm confidence, always checking to see if he had questions and making sure he felt comfortable. She showed such genuine kindness and patience, even offering him a fidget to help ease his nerves. Her thoughtfulness, reassurance, and compassion made a BIG difference in his experience. I am incredibly impressed with the level of care this entire team provides and would highly recommend Thai Orthodontics to anyone looking for an orthodontic practice that truly puts patients first.
