I asked my neice, shes 11, since she's the patient.... Practice is always on time, staff who works on her always explains in detail what they did at appointment. The front desk always pleasant and welcoming when arriving. They know her name, and she smiles. Very flexible with scheduling, her Soccer. Very clean and pleasant office, enjoys the arcade if time, their fast.... You can tell the staff is happy, they smile a lot. Thank you very much, Charlotte Hamilton.

Thai Orthodontics has been absolutely phenomenal to work with! From the moment we walked in, everyone has been kind, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Dr. Thai is extremely good at what she does. She talks directly to the kids and listens to them well. The front staff are professional and make scheduling and payment easy and the assistants are very skilled and put my daughter at ease. Her office is so fun and she tries hard to make every visit a great experience!

Dr. Thai and her staff are phenomenal! They go above and beyond for all of their patients. They feel like family! Dr. Thai listens to every concern and has always been realistic with me about what we can, and cannot achieve. I had an exceptionally difficult case but I'm ecstatic with the results! I had a lady tell me the other day that she couldn't stop staring at my teeth because they were so beautiful. My 10 year old recently got braces here. I always been so impressed with the treatment she receives. Everyone is kind and patient with her. Dr. Thai explains everything well, and I trust her decision about when to get braces. She doesn't push them early. We are happy to have chosen this practice for our braces journey.
