Responding to their update- I am not reviewing another office. I’m speaking directly about Global Smiles off west broad that cracked all of my teeth. You guys very well know this is a fact. I’m happy to do a YouTube series on the entire situation. Lucky I can contact all of the bad reviews here for their insights on the channel. Initial post- This Dentist has veneers that they got from outside the US. His teeth are not even real. At one point, he even tried to nonchalantly suggested that I get veneers. He broke several of my teeth trying to move them and I had to replace 5 of my teeth with caps, my general dentist said this man did my a lifetime of disservice, refusing to give me a permanent retainer, made me pay $300 every time I needed a replacement retainer and they make you wait a week to pick it up though they can be made that day. I have major bite issues and have to fly to Turkey for my 2nd trip to fix the damage caused. Lastly, the staff will make fun of you. Not to your face but it is obvious. This dentist is for Children with strong gums and bone health that can with stand his expedited treatment plan at best. He likes to move the teeth fast and move on to the next patient. -

I am beyond pleased with the results both my children have gotten with their braces! My daughter had been told she needed major surgery by dentists and another orthodontist, and Dr Mendieta and Global Smiles worked a miracle with her. She has gained so much confidence, and as a mom I couldn't have asked for better results and better service! My son also has had excellent results very quickly and things have moved so well quickly. It was so easy to make appointments also, and to get in if we needed to. The appointments also were not long, but quick and efficient. Everyone there was very nice!

The office is quaint and clean. The staff is personable. And Dr. Mendieta is very kind and has a gentle personality.

In and out. Friendly staff. Clean, tidy, organized waiting room and office. The two ladies working the front office are a major reason I rated this location so highly. Very welcoming, informative, nice and made me, a friend and her son feel at ease arriving here for our first visit from out of town. The office isn’t in the best area of Columbus, otherwise I’d give it 5 stars. It’s best to come here earlier in the day, as opposed to later. They take almost any insurance - including Medicaid.

Such a nice staff, very helpful, very knowledgeable! I have been having a tough time finding a provider for my son’s braces, but we were welcomed and looking forward to care with this group ! Thank you !
