I would not recommend Global Smiles! We originally brought our daughter in for braces, and we were told they were medically necessary. Our dental insurance denied the treatment, and Global Smiles initially refused to help us with the appeal process. After I left a negative review, the office manager, Claudia, contacted me and asked us to come back in. She told me that our dental insurance had changed its policies and that she believed they could get our daughter approved. We trusted what we were told and went back. Unfortunately, the claim was denied again. I then took matters into my own hands and worked with a case manager. The case manager took the case to dental rounds, and we were told that one specific doctor's note was needed to support the medical necessity. I went through the effort of obtaining that documentation and contacted Global Smiles with the information they said was needed. Despite having the additional documentation, I was told that Global Smiles would not resubmit the claim. What is most frustrating is that Claudia specifically brought us back in and gave us the impression that they would work with us to get this approved, only for them to refuse to resubmit when we obtained the final requested documentation. I have spent a great deal of time fighting for my daughter's medically necessary treatment, and I expected much more support from the office that diagnosed her and recommended the braces.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Mendieta and his team. From start to finish, they were incredibly kind and professional. My appointment was handled with care and efficiency, making me feel confident that I was in good hands. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. It’s not easy to find a provider who combines skill with genuine compassion, but they absolutely do. I highly recommend Dr. Mendieta to anyone looking for quality care and a team you can truly trust.

This place is Absolutely amazing. My sister came here in her teenage years when they started off as just a small practice with two chairs! Gained her confidence back through the great set of braces they offered her. Now as a bigger updated athletically pleasing and clean office with more than 8 chairs they have also taken care of my mother as well as my daughter. They go out of there way to get you the best that they can and fill you in on all of the details as well and the financial obligations before even stepping out of the office. These people are amazing and really enjoy there job.

Global Smiles did an amazing job with my teenage daughter’s teeth! She had very crooked teeth and an overbite from sucking her thumb as a child & Global Smiles corrected everything with braces. The women up front are so friendly, always welcoming & reminded us about our appointments. My daughter & I are thrilled with the results!

I recommend global smiles 100%!!! Very friendly staff, and one thing that can be triggering is the smell of a dental office, NOT THIS PLACE!!!! It smelled very good and was SUPER clean!
