Absolutely love this office! Office staff is so kind and welcoming. The doctor is super kind and always listens when there is a concern. Very quick and easy appointments. Plus the payment options are absolutely worth it. 10/10 all around

From the very first phone call to the actual visit and treatment, the entire experience was excellent. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They made scheduling easy and answered all of my questions thoroughly before I even stepped into the office. I went in to have a broken permanent retainer replaced, and they took great care of me. The orthodontist and team made me feel like they genuinely wanted to help, not just rush me in and out. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made the process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, the price was very fair, which I truly appreciated. It’s clear they value their patients and take pride in what they do. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care. Great experience all around!

Everyone in the Wake Forest Rd office is always pleasant and welcoming. They consistently accommodate my two kids by scheduling their appointments together, which saves us from the hassle of multiple trips. They’ve even made exceptions to squeeze us in for broken brackets when the schedule was full and no appointments were available. The ease, convenience, and friendly atmosphere make every visit enjoyable. I’ve recommended them to several friends and family members, and will continue to do so!

Dr. Kryn and staff are very friendly and always greet you with a smile, making your day so much better. He answers questions about treatment thoroughly. The office has a great atmosphere. Most definitely will recommend to anyone who needs braces 😀

We love Dr. Kryn and his staff! They're all always very friendly and willing to listen to my questions and concerns. Dr. Kryn is very knowledgeable. Both of my kids' teeth look great now that we're done. I did price checking at a few different places, and they were the most reasonably priced as well. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the office location changes which was pretty inconvenient and confusing. But it's my understanding that they have a fixed location now. I would definitely recommend these guys.
