North Carolina Oral Surgery + Orthodontics - Durham Miami

We had a really great experience with Dr. Bhatt and his team! My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed and every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. The ladies at the front desk were especially awesome—they took the time to answer all of my questions about our insurance, which can be so confusing, and made the whole process much easier. We truly appreciate the exceptional care they showed us and highly recommend Dr. Bhatt and his team to anyone in need of oral surgery.

I had dental implant placement surgery today, and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Dr. Poolak Bhatt, DDS was professional, very thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The procedure went smoothly, I experienced very little discomfort, and I was extremely impressed by his skill and attention to detail. Highly recommend! His assistant Beatrice provided excellent support as well.

Dr. Bhatt did an amazing job with my procedure. From start to finish, he made me feel comfortable and at ease, and his calm, positive vibe really stood out. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. Also, Ms. Bea was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, attentive, and made the entire experience even better. Highly recommend Dr. Bhatt and his team if you are looking for an excellent oral surgeon and caring staff!

The staff were awesome, including Mia, Cheyenne, Molly, and others that helped in the dental wing. The adaptation to my schedule, and communication with the surgery staff on my behalf, multiple calls, etc... The ladies welcomed me each time I called, from setting up of the treatments, to final day of great treatment(s) by Dr. Bahtt and Nurse Miss Beatrice (both visits to surgery and once to Dental). The place is very nice, and the removal of 3 dead teeth was made as carefully as I could expect, given my 50+ years of dental visits. Bea and Dr. Bahtt were careful with my difficult case. Most importantly, the nice ladies up front laughed at all of my jokes, and made me feel welcome. My rating for Lane/Wright and associates is very high. 6 out of 1-5 scale.
