Zaytoun Orthodontics - Raleigh NC

We’ve been coming here for almost two years with both of my kids, and the consistency has been impressive. Different assistants have worked with us, but everyone seems well trained and friendly. One appointment got delayed because of an emergency patient, and they were upfront about the wait instead of leaving people confused. The clinic stays clean even when it’s packed after school hours. Both kids have had really solid progress so far.

Whichever Zaytoun family member we’re seeing, we can always expect a smile, friendly service, and a thorough explanation of what’s happening with treatments. I have to imagine they have bad days like everyone else, but you would never think so walking into their office. We’re bummed the Cary location closed, as we live 5 minutes away, but we’re happy to commute to Raleigh or Garner to continue to support this family practice. Peace of mind that my family is getting the best care is worth the extra commute a few times per year!

My son and I have both received treatment at Zaytoun Orthodontist, and we couldn’t be more pleased. The team is professional, the office is clean, and we are always greeted with friendly and positive attitudes. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and provide excellent care. Highly recommend!

I wish the staff at the front desk (receptionist and appointments) would have had the awareness to recognize individuals suffering from cognitive decline. My mom got 2 of her appointments confused and felt humiliated and embarrassed by the front staff and now refuses to return even if someone goes inside with her. Now she has Invisalign mouth guards that she will not use because she wasn’t able to get them checked. Disheartening experience especially since they have been her orthodontist since she was a child.

Dr Zaytoun and his practice is one of the best. Both of my kids have been taken care of by attentive and caring staff. Recently I decided to start a treatment program with them. So far everything is going great.
