So far our experience with Webb has been phenomenal. They are always welcoming and kind when we come in, never had an issue with billing, establishing care was easy, payment plans are available, and Dr. Webb and his crew definitely care about your child and their dental journey. My daughter has had her Invisalign about 3 months now and anytime we have questions they are knowledgable and willing to help. My daughter gets "goodie bags" every time we go in, they provide many things to help assist with the care of the braces, and they also keep you comfortable while in the office. My daughter is offered fidgets, squishies, blankets, and all sorts of care items when we visit. I have been very impressed with the care we have received. Thank you to Dr. Webb and his team!

We are from Shelby NC and were traveling to Forest City NC for our son to go to the orthopedist appointments, and was suddenly hit with “ you will have to start traveling to Hendersonville (2.5hrs travel time) for your son’s future appointments as far as the process of navigating through the braces… things have been great office has a wonderful atmosphere very nice people, they are doing a wonderful job the his smile, just wished they would take into consideration that when your dealing with children, and the fact they can’t bring themselves and with traveling so far that when you have to bring siblings along also, they need to help out with a school note excuse for them also… The office didn’t consider us when making us change locations that required a 2-3hr travel time
