Everyone was absolutely sweet! Explained to my daughter (7) what was going to happen and was quick and efficient. Love that they give a little gift bag, balloon and a picture for their first visit. Also the rooms were themed and perfect for kids to feel comfortable. My daughter said she actually had fun and wants to go back for any future dentist visits! That says a lot!
Dr Andrew is very good to our family and does exceptional dental work. His staff is professional and kind.
Genuinely impressed with this practice! I called yesterday and got an appointment today for my 3 year old. We were in and out in 30 minutes, no waiting. The staff was friendly, the paperwork reasonable and even though my kid cried they were kind and patient. A hygienist even held my baby so I could focus on my older kid during the stressful part. Also my family is bilingual and my husband and I speak spanish with the kids. Dr. Andy noticed this and chimed in with some Spanish himself! It really shows when someone makes the effort to learn with good pronunciation, and it made us feel extra welcome at the practice. Thank you Hendersonville Pediatrics, we will be back!
Do not recommend if you have a child that gets scared and is shy and crys they will not work with you they will put there hands up and say they dont have time because they have other patients which is unprofessional not looking to argue just advising
I can’t say enough about how great Dr. Andy and his team are! We started with an incredibly anxious child, who had full panic attacks at the dentist. They eased him into treatment a little at a time. We have been at the practice for over four years now and today my child went for his checkup without his headphones. For any other parents with sensory sensitive kids, you know what a huge milestone this is! He even asked me a few weeks ago, “When is my next appointment with Dr. Andy?” We did buy an individual dental insurance plan for our son to pay for his visits, but it was so worth it and I would do it again in a heartbeat. I truly believe this experience has made the difference between a future adult who fears the dentist and one who doesn’t.
