My son is new to this practice and our experience so far has been fantastic. The staff is wonderful and it's very clean. The appointment didn't take long, but we did not feel rushed. We had the pleasure of consulting with Dr. Webb and Carolina and they were so kind and patient. Front desk staff and the hygienist was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend their services for your ortho needs.

I have gone 3 times with my daughter now and everytime they never fail to be so sweet, kind and courteous! I've had my 2 year old grandson with me each time with my teen daughter and they are always nice to him as well. Today especially because he had a Pooptastrophe of all Pooptastrophies! It went everywhere and covered his stroller and the SMELL!!! As soon as I realized i said im sorry I've got to take care of him right now, which was In the middle of my daughter's procedure! They not only understood, they went back over all the information again when I came back inside. I appreciate all the staff for always being welcoming, informative, compassionate, and understanding of life! The office is always clean and I also appreciate that. My daughter Aston looks forward to her orthodontist appts and loves the staff at the Asheville location. They explain everything that will happen each visit and always make sure there is no concerns from us before we leave. We truly could not have chose a better office to provide her orthodontic care. Today, my sweet girl , Linley Victoria finally got her SMILE and complete confidence! After 3&1/2 years my girl got her braces off by the best ortho team around! I’ve been going here for almost two years now, and I absolutely love it! Because I’m older it does take longer for my teeth to shift, but the progress I've made is mind-blowing! I love it whenever I get Angie. She is so sweet, quick, and gentle! Every time I see I get to have her for my visit I get excited. Photo order ( Day 1 February 2024, May 2025, September 2025)
