TS Orthodontics - Asheville

Very high tech. My 7-year-old got a retainer here. Never before have we experienced such kindness and universal friendliness from a medical staff. TS Ortho makes parents and children totally comfortable, they educate you on what's happening, and they generally make every step easy as pie. You will love going there.

Customer service sucks. We have updated our address two times now and they still sent us bills to the old address, and did not contact us in any other way. Staff seemed completely apathetic to the issue and had an attitude. Now you may be thinking that I am being the jerk, but this was handled very poorly by the staff, plus the nurse spoke to my child like she was 4, she is 16. Orthodontists make too damn much money for this crap.

My retainer broke and they were able to get me a last minute appointment/consult right before closing for the holidays. Everyone was SO sweet. The Dr was super helpful and kind, and I felt very informed before making a decision about treatment. Overall great experience!

They were very professional and completed my daughter’s consult within a timely manner. However, I did get a second opinion from another orthodontist that is highly rated and we have decided not to go ahead with TS orthodontist based on our second consult. I just want other parents to know it doesn’t hurt to get a second opinion and there are plenty of orthodontists that are willing to provide a free consult.

We are on vacation in Asheville from Wilmington and my daughters bracket broke off her back molar. Panicked, I reached out to TS Orthodontist, and they got us in right away to clip off the extra wire that was poking her in the mouth until we can make it in to our home ortho. They were so kind, so quick, and did not charge us. We aren’t even patients here, but we’re treated with the best care and consideration. Highly recommend them!!!
