TS Orthodontics - Asheville

They were very professional and completed my daughter’s consult within a timely manner. However, I did get a second opinion from another orthodontist that is highly rated and we have decided not to go ahead with TS orthodontist based on our second consult. I just want other parents to know it doesn’t hurt to get a second opinion and there are plenty of orthodontists that are willing to provide a free consult.

My retainer broke and they were able to get me a last minute appointment/consult right before closing for the holidays. Everyone was SO sweet. The Dr was super helpful and kind, and I felt very informed before making a decision about treatment. Overall great experience!

We are on vacation in Asheville from Wilmington and my daughters bracket broke off her back molar. Panicked, I reached out to TS Orthodontist, and they got us in right away to clip off the extra wire that was poking her in the mouth until we can make it in to our home ortho. They were so kind, so quick, and did not charge us. We aren’t even patients here, but we’re treated with the best care and consideration. Highly recommend them!!!

Both my sons and I, are patients at TS orthodontists. I started with Invisalign almost 3 years ago. I met with Dr. Scanlan who is absolutely wonderful. The staff and assistants are always friendly and kind. They have made accommodations when I have been late and moved appointments when needed. Replaced missing face masks, bands, and broken wires. They have just been amazing. A good example is today. We enrolled in the lifetime retainers program. Anytime you lose a pair, don't fret. Bring in your molds, pay $50/retainer and they will replace them. With a blue heeler who thinks they are a snack, it is an amazing service. My sister brought in my molds today since I work and they we're able to get them ready very quickly. I recommend them to everyone.
