Absolutely love Triad Orthodontics and Triad Kids Dental. My kids have been clients of this establishment since they've been having dental appointments. Paige did an amazing job installing my child's braces. It was a quick, efficient and pain free experience. Highly recommend!

They are so kind and really explain well to my 7 year old why he needs his spacer and have sweet little conversations to ease his nervousness. My kids always feel comfortable when we have appointments. They are always quick with our appointments and do a great job!

Our dentist, Triad Kid's Dental, referred us to this practice. We could not be more disappointed. On the date of our most recent dental exam (Feb 2026), our dentist scheduled our appointment with Triad Orthodontics at the Guilford College Road location. Later that day, I called Triad Orthodontics to confirm my appointment. My wife is a school teacher, so prior to her securing a sub, she also called Triad Orthodontics to confirm the appointment (three days prior to the appointment). After taking our child out of school, my wife arrived early with him for the appointment. She was surprised to find out that the appointment had been cancelled due to her "not verbally confirming the appointment." We can only assume that this is due to a missed phone call prior immediately to the appointment, but, as before, my wife is a school teacher and cannot answer her phone during the day. The two prior phone calls that each of us made the week of the appointment were insufficient - that is not a personalized customer experience. That makes us feel like we are being treated like a number. The way that we were treated by Triad Orthodontics was a miserable experience. I'm ashamed that our dentist, Triad Kid's Dental, referred us to this practice.

Extremely Disappointed – Not Recommended I’ve had a terrible experience with this orthodontist. Despite driving 40 minutes just to get to my appointment, they canceled it because I was only ONE minute late. One minute. There was no understanding, no flexibility, and definitely no compassion for the time and effort I put into making it there. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable, especially for a medical office that should care about their patients. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a healthcare provider. I strongly recommend others to switch to a more respectful and professional orthodontist. You deserve better service than this.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. If I could leave no stars I would. I made an appointment for a consultation for both my kids per recommendation from our dentist (Traid Dentist). Due to having two kids I waited MONTHS for the appointment because I wanted to take both kids at the same time. I scheduled during the summer to avoid taking my kids out of school. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule due to my husband unexpectedly being diagnosed with cancer. Waiting another three months, pulled my kids out of school to literally walk out without being seen due to the front desk customer service. I received the email and/or text stating to fill out paperwork prior to the appointment however they had me listed as the patient and not my son, my daughter was listed as a patient in the text but could not find paperwork for her once I set up an account. I communicate through text and email that they did not have my son listed as the patient and could they correct this, no response. I showed up yesterday for an 1100 & 1120 appointment at 1055. When I went to the front desk I was rudely told I didn’t fill out the paperwork and if I didn’t by 1110 by son would not be seen. I explained why I didn’t (i was listed as the patient blah blah blah) she stated fine I’ll change the name, I received a text. I quickly filled out my sons paperwork and returned to the desk at 1107, I stated I have finished the paperwork for my son in time. The person sitting at the desk said ok and looked at her computer/ using the mouse so I assumed she checked him in. I then stated I didn’t see my daughter on my account and I wanted to ensure I got her paperwork filled out in time. She seemed annoyed and explained toggle on the right hand side blah blah you’ll see her name. I explained I did and it wasn’t showing up. I showed her my screen in which she asked to see my phone. I handed it over and she proceeded to do the same thing I did, it wasn’t there. She kept playing with it and stating “it should be there”. At this point it was 1110, she looked up from my phone and stated “oh we’re sorry you didn’t fill out your sons paperwork within the 10 minutes grace period so we cannot see him today”. I asked if she was kidding and stated I came up here three minutes ago and told you it was completed, she replied “well he wasn’t checked in”………… I drove 45 minutes and waited months to be treated like this. She did tell me they could still see my daughter to which I said no thank you, took my phone and walked out!
