Jade really stood out during our visit. I loved her personality and how easily she was able to relate to my daughter, helping her feel comfortable and at ease throughout the appointment. Everyone we encountered was absolutely amazing! The entire team was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The young lady who placed my daughter’s braces was also incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring, which made the experience so much better. We truly appreciate the care and compassion shown by everyone in the office. Thank you all for making this such a positive experience!

We had a great experience at my daughter’s orthodontist appointment. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment we walked in. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my daughter felt comfortable during the visit. The office was clean, organized, and ran very efficiently. I really appreciated how patient and kind everyone was with her. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we look forward to starting her treatment!

Ever since I paid off my Invisalign I have had nothing but issues with this location. Appointments keep being made and rescheduled without my knowledge and it isn’t until I get a message asking to confirm an appointment that I become aware of it. I try to get in contact over the phone with someone who can help me but every time I get sent to voicemail, or get vague answers or false promises that someone will “get back to me.” I have been waiting for my Invisalign trays for weeks, however, I have had the same tray for more than two months. My last appointment I was under the impression that I had just completed my last tray and was getting my attachments taken off. Then I got told I would have to wait for another order of trays to wear for another 2 months?? And it would’ve been tolerable if the process had been quick, but it’s guaranteed that I won’t be getting my trays till next month IF all goes well because apparently they’re booked until September (it’s July). I have gone in person to try and get answers but I have been met with nothing but uncertainty from anyone at the front desk. I have also been trying to reschedule an appointment for the past few days and absolutely no one helps me. It sounds absolutely absurd and typing it all out makes me even more upset. I don’t understand how it got to this point but I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. If I could get treated somewhere else, I would.

Absolutely love Triad Orthodontics and Triad Kids Dental. My kids have been clients of this establishment since they've been having dental appointments. Paige did an amazing job installing my child's braces. It was a quick, efficient and pain free experience. Highly recommend!

I’ve been thinking about this for weeks, and I can’t stay silent anymore. A few weeks ago, I accompanied someone who brought their child in for a quick visit. While I was there, I witnessed a new employee being trained. The person responsible for training her spoke in a harsh and condescending manner, to the point that the employee showed clear signs of distress. This is not an acceptable way to train or treat staff. What was even more concerning was that someone who appeared to be in management observed the situation and seemed to acknowledge it without intervening. That kind of behavior should never be tolerated in any workplace.No one should be treated this way. The individual conducting the training should not be in a position to train others if this is how they communicate. This creates a hostile and unprofessional work environment, which is especially alarming in a setting where employees are responsible for caring for patients.This situation warrants serious attention. Bullying and hostile work environments are unacceptable and should be addressed immediately by Someone that’s not in that office . HR , workplace harassment needs to be investigated
