Erica has taken the best care of my son during his time in braces. She has explained in detail every step of the way and ensured that he has a solid understanding of next steps. Erica and Dr. Hoina are excellent! Also Misty at the front desk is so kind and welcoming with her greeting and checking you in.

We've been going to the Randleman office for quite some time for my daughter honestly I've never been very impressed with the staff so of coarse I was skeptical when it was time for my son to get his braces but let me tell you ERICA is amazing. Had the pleasure of her working on my son today. She's sweet, funny and knowledgeable. She even had my daughter put on her bands before leaving the office to ensure she knows how to do them herself. We've had to bounce around the other offices before due to scheduling conflicts but hands down Erica has changed my perception of the office so for her I give 5 stars.

I have had concerns about me daughter having an overbite, but because of Covid it had been awhile since she had been to the dentist. My daughter is a very high anxiety child and the staff talked her through the different things they were doing and made her feel comfortable. Dr. Hoina was fantastic. He came up with a plan quickly to help my daughter get to where her jaw and teeth are in the correct position. Would absolutely recommend!!

The team is amazing and Alexis was extremely professional. She took great pride in her role. Dr. Hoina explained everything and answered any questions that came up.

Alexis and Dr. Hoina we’re wonderful with my 9 year old. Wait time was minimal and all questions were answered in a way both my son and I could understand. It can be difficult to get through the phone line, but that is the only negative. Thanks, Triad Orthodontics!
