One of the worst experiences I have had at the dentist. The hygienist was not easy during the cleaning. I felt the scraper dig into my gums multiple times. No narrating of care during the cleaning. It would be nice to explain what was going on and or what she was seeing. Then she was sounded very condescending about flossing. I have been a nurse for 25 years and I would never speak to my patients the way I was spoken to today. The dentist came in and basically threatened a crown if I didn’t stop grinding my teeth at night like I have a choice in the matter. Very disappointing. The front End staff was very nice and welcoming.

For the past two years, I have been a patient at Smile Design Modern Dentistry, and my experience has been consistently excellent. The dentist and the entire staff are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely friendly. They have done outstanding work on my teeth, including crown placement, and the hygienist is equally thorough and skilled. The office is modern, well equipped with state of the art technology, and conveniently located in a new facility in Durham. I plan to continue all of my dental care with this practice and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking high quality dental treatment.

My hygienist was the best. She was very sweet and pleasant. I don’t like going to the dentist at all but since coming to Smile Design I don’t get scared. My hygienist talked me through it all. Very pleasant atmosphere.

This place is truly the best. I’m so glad my friend Kiara told me to come here. The people are so nice and Cynthia is amazing. She really knows her job so well. I usually am terrified to go to the dentist but Cynthia makes me feel comfortable. Keep doing what your doing!

A welcome as soon as I walk in. The office ladies and all of the office staff are just outstanding and they are so natural and like a family. I have never been to a dental office that has so much love for each other and are such a family oriented. I love it. 🥰 the dentists are the best of the best that I have come across in my 58 years. I drove from Burlington to go to this office and i could of went somewhere in Burlington but I heard good things about the dentist and his work and his staff so I had to try it and I was not disappointed. Thank you so much for the great service. Thank you.🙏
