Staff was nice! But I’ll just say my mouth hasn’t been the same since going here. I don’t chew the same and my teeth are SUPER sensitive to everything even room temp 🤦‍♀️. Definitely wasn’t like that before and it’s BEEN passed my healing time from when I had gone! Never had anything like this happen in all my years.

Find another dentist. Cavity repairs fall out within a few months and cleanings are sub par at best. Quick to charge you for their mistakes, a cavity will quickly turn into a root canal and then a tooth removal. Had to find another dentist to fix the mistakes they made

Excellent service. The staff are all friendly and prompt with getting you in and out. Highly recommend the clinic to anyone looking for a dentist!

My daughter and I have been coming to see Dr. Jayne for about a year now and every experience has been a pleasant one. The staff members are very welcoming and scheduling appointments are fairly easy and I love that they’re open on Saturdays for some added flexibility. My daughter enjoys coming to see her dentist so we’ll definitely continue to come back!

EDIT TO THE REPLY- No Ma’am when I arrived, the lady at the front walked to the back when she could not find me in the system for today and came back upfront to inform me that my appointment had been canceled due to benefits being maxed. I never once received a phone call nor do I have a voicemail from anyone at your office. I was told that I could book another appointment and pay out-of-pocket, but I’m not taking another morning off of work and driving another 40 minutes for somewhere that couldn’t even make a courtesy call and inform me of that before I would arrive and give me the option to pay out-of-pocket I was told I would not be seen today as I no longer had appointment. I’m not one to normally leave negative reviews as I get stuff happens, but all of these could have been avoid and I could’ve paid out-of-pocket if somebody would’ve called and informed me before I arrived instead of arriving and being told I no longer have an appointment. When I asked why I was not informed the lady at the front told me well it would’ve been on your chart online but not everyone pulls up their chart daily especially when they have an appointment and receiving daily email reminders of this appointment. And when I question that she just shrugged her shoulders and told me I didn’t have an appointment. The only time I have ever received a phone call from this office according to my phone was on 2/7/25 when I scheduled my first visit. I had an appointment for today and have received numerous reminders emails about this appointment only to show up this morning after driving 40 mins here and not being at work for them to tell me they cancelled by appointment without any phone call or email. Poor communication
