Had the most AMAZING experience at Afton Dental! Every single aspect of my visit with them was above and beyond. Establishing patient care with the receptionist was an absolute breeze, she was knowledgeable and helpful with understanding the insurance process and setting proper expectations and having such a friendly disposition! From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly not just by the employees but also by the other clients. The sweet shop dog Warby🐾 greeted everyone with a round of quick cuddles, the dental assistant was incredibly informative and calming, he offered different aromatherapy oils, immediately put away my coat and bag for me, provided water unasked, was well versed with how exactly to use the equipment per individual for the best picture images (we had to take that thing apart haha), & the dentist herself was fantastic! She gave me great information and next steps and fully notated all of my habits and concerns to discuss preventing staining and continuing to not have cavities. The dental hygienist was insanely amazing at her craft!! I walked in and was immediately asked what music I wanted to listen to, we had a quick consult before the deep clean and she was so thorough and explained each step of the process and how to maintain it whilst also providing friendly and endearing conversation, she also offered to topically numb me up before the deep clean since it had been a while since I had gone to the dentist. It was an absolute pleasure having the chance to experience Afton Dental! Y’all are amazing, truly!! Literally, such good vibes here!

The intake process was incredibly smooth, and the customer service was truly exceptional. My first appointment was prompt, stress-free, and welcoming. The entire staff was warm, friendly, and kind, and the office was spotless. Dr. Hill was outstanding—professional, honest, and never pushy. He took the time to explain my treatment options clearly and allowed me to choose what felt best for me, which I truly appreciated. I loved that my treatment plan was presented with a clear insurance estimate upfront, and they even filed my insurance as a courtesy. The pricing felt fair, transparent, and honest. And the sweetest touch of all—being greeted at the door by Warby! 🐾 Such a special detail that made the experience even better. I’ll absolutely be back to continue my treatment. Aria had a wonderful dental experience. She can be very shy so it was comforting for her to have a warm welcome from ALL the staff. Brittany and Hailey greeted her with smiles. Allison and Dr.Hill made her visit easy with their professional but fun personalities. But of course Warby snuggles were the star of the show! Thank you, Afton Dental, for your caring and compassionate approach to dentistry.

I cannot stop smiling! I went to Afton Dental for veneers and the results exceeded all my expectations. Dr. Hill has an incredible eye for detail and is a true perfectionist. A great smile can be the first thing people see and I finally have the confidence to show off my teeth. Highly recommend!
