This is by far the nicest dental practice I’ve ever been to! Everything is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. From the front desk staff to the hygienists and doctors, everyone is welcoming, professional, and truly cares about their patients. They’re clearly up to date with the latest technology, and my procedure was practically painless. The dental rooms even have large windows overlooking trees and wildlife — it made the whole experience surprisingly relaxing and stress-free. What really sets this clinic apart is their heart for the community. They’ve made an incredible impact, especially in the way they care for veterans. Thanks to their kindness, I was able to get a crown on a tooth I thought I might lose due to cost — something that will genuinely improve my daily life and wellbeing. This team is a true blessing. I can’t thank them enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

Excellence experience, they all treated me great. My dentist and his assistant were awesome. They were very caring in all aspects of my dental work. They took great care of me during my tooth extraction. I had no pain and was very comfortable during my treatment.

I am always greeted and called by name when I enter the facility. These ladies are so very kind. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Stephanie. She is absolutely wonderful. The entire office makes you feel comfortable and well cared for. I truly appreciate the gentle care and professionalism every time I visit. Today was my first time visiting the office. EVERYONE was so nice and eased my nerves as I typically avoid the dentist at all costs. I had an infected tooth that needed to be pulled, it was painless and quick procedure, I am in no pain and happy to have that tooth gone! Highly recommend using Reimels Family Dentistry. Looking forward to my postop visit in 2 weeks!!!

Great experience at the office itself - Doctors and front desk are awesome.... But... When booking my appointment, I was asked to provide my insurance which is Delta Dental. The person I spoke to over the phone advised to me that I was out of network but they told me that I would have no out of pocket cost. They assured me that the insurance provider would give me a check that I would simply give over to the dentistry. Comprehensive exam, cleaning, and x-ray completed for $444. I received $238 from my insurance leaving me with $206 owed. When calling the dentist office, I was greeted warmly for them to look into this further with my insurance provider. I called again a week later and Deborah had no solution other than offering to cancel my next cleaning. No offer to cover the remaining cost or anything after being told "you'll have no out of pocket cost." Doesn't seem like best practice to over promise someone over phone to get them in the door for a sale.
