Thankful for Chapel, my hygienist, and Dr. K at Oak Ridge Dental Arts for excellent dental care and preventative education. Every staff member is welcoming, and the office is beautiful. In my most recent visit, Chapel offered me the most cozy blanket to stay warm during my cleaning. I felt like I was at a spa!

Our family absolutely loves Oak Family! From the moment we walk in, the front desk staff and dental hygienists always greet us warmly. We feel truly welcomed every visit. We love this office so much and recommend it to everyone we know!

Love Oak Ridge Dental! Everyone is super friendly and makes the whole visit easy and comfortable. The office is beautiful, the staff is great, and they really take the time to explain things. They even give you cookies on the way out! (Haven’t figured out if this is a test or not) Definitely recommend!

We discovered Oak Ridge Dental Arts many years ago and have relied on them to provide our family with the best dental health care. Doctors Kmetzsch and Allred have been wonderful as well as their excellent staff. Their competence, expertise and superb dental care is amazing!

For the first time in years I am pain free! I have always had issues with my dental health and pain. I have, like so many others, experienced issues with being up charged services, quoted for inadequate and unnecessary treatment, and still walked away with pain at other dental offices. I am so thankful my coworker told me about Oak Ridge Dental. My previous dentist gave me a treatment plan that included multiple crowns and 2 additional root canals after treating an emergency root canal. At my first patient appointment with Dr. Alred (sp?) he let me know that I only needed a few cavities filled and did a referral with Lake Norman Endodontics to fix my root canal that had become infected. He and his team listened to my concerns about costs and prioritizing the emergent needs first. They listened when I mentioned my concerns about my issues with being and staying numbed. The staff are kind and actually care. For the first time in a very long time I feel confident and comfortable about my dental health and care. I can’t thank Oak Ridge enough for giving me my smile and my sense of security back.
