I absolutely adore this orthodontic office. From day one, everyone was amazing - always friendly, flexible with scheduling, and incredibly helpful. Every time I walked in, they knew exactly who I was and made the experience feel personal and welcoming. Dr. Roeder has such a great and positive presence. He and the ortho assistants are transparent, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Appointments were always efficient but never rushed, with great conversation and attention to detail. I actually enjoyed coming here and will honestly be sad now that I’m about to complete my Invisalign treatment. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for truly caring, genuine people who love what they do and do it well!

Cassie and Dr. Roeder took the time to explain the treatment plan clearly and made sure both my child and I felt comfortable and informed. Great experience getting clear aligners to close my open bite. Initially did a consult with Blue Ridge Ortho, but wanted a second opinion. Dr. Roeder’s office was very welcoming and detailed on my options, so I chose them. The 3M aligners were great - initially I didn’t know there were any other brands than Invisalign. Much better process than when I had braces as a kid.
