Very clean waiting area, the staff is respectful and accommodating. Im new to the area and very hesitant about having any oral work. Dr. Warburton has outstanding knowledge about his work and what's best for your needs and wants. I have a sense of relief knowing he'll be preforming the work I need on my jaw and teeth. Definitely worth visiting for any oral care.

The entire staff was so kind from the front door all the way to the extraction chair.. And the work I needed on my teeth took a couple of months of appts and planning.. No complaints, THANK YOU beyond words for treating me with respect and unconditional LOVE throughout. Professional, polite, timely manner with a "Hot blanket straight out of the dryer" literally offered to me for my final appt. and 9 extraction procedure. Thank you, thank you and thank you

Amazing experience as always. Originally had full implants done in 2020. Had some problems of my own doing. Dr. Bridges and Dr. Logan were quick to come up with a solution. Excellent and caring staff and Doctors. Always friendly. Upfront pricing. A truly great establishment. There is a reason they are Asheville and the surrounding areas number one implant center. Change your smile and change your life. With all the financing options these days there is no reason to hesitate on your decision.All of my pre existing heath problems ( high blood pressure, joint pain, foot pain) were resolved once I had my horrible teeth fixed. Never any judgement, no matter how bad you think your teeth are. They are all dedicated to help you and this is what they achieve at the highest level.You get what you pay for in this world. The chain implant centers, although I’m sure some of them are very good Do not even begin to compare the service you will receive at Rockcliff oral surgery and envision implant center. (Both located in the same building by the way, this is also convenient )So thankful for this stress free and overly professional surgery center and the entire staff .🙏😀

If it wasn’t for the financial aspect I’d give 5 stars the surgeons and employees I dealt with were good. Coming to the financial part less than great. I pay for insurance for a reason as an expected mother paying entirely out of pocket without having my insurance ran first made for a less than great experience. My option was to pay or go back to the hospital for iv antibiotics. If I didn’t have it all I would have just been sent back. Almost a week later and it still hasn’t been submitted to my insurance. I’m so frustrated it’s causing my blood pressure to go up and in necessary stress. I hope you consider running a patient’s insurance prior as all other offices seem to manage. I shouldn’t be crying and this upset about something entirely in your hands. It feels at this point we’re not cared about because you have your money.

Excellent from check-in to checkout. Technician was friendly and very helpful. Really explained everything. Dr Logan was friendly and made sure I understood all my options. Took his time to answer all my questions and concerns. They were both excellent. Highly recommend.
