About Northeast Orthodontic Associates
Many young patients here get braces, though reviews split on how closely the orthodontist stays involved once treatment starts.
Northeast Orthodontic Associates sees a good number of young children and families managing several kids in treatment, with braces mentioned most often among treatment types. Some reviews describe an orthodontist who personally answers the phone during off-hours and follows through on what was promised at the initial consult, while others say they rarely saw the doctor once treatment was underway. A few reviews note appliances and steps being explained in detail before placement, and kids' rewards programs come up as a plus for younger patients. Treatment outcomes get mixed marks, with some praising the final results and others citing lingering bite issues after braces came off.

The worst braces place in all of syracuse they don’t tell you what the location is because they switch on random days. If u break a bracket and retry to make a new number they never help and u will have to wait very long, the staff is horrible also and there lucky im even giving one star if i could ill give 0
Have dealt with them for years nothing but the best experience highly recommend!! Friendly staff
I strongly do not recommend this office. My sister got braces here and developed an abscess on the roof of her mouth shortly after they were removed. Now we’re paying out of pocket for a root canal on one of her front teeth. During her treatment, she rarely saw the doctor, and no one informed her about the abscess nor was it noted in her chart—even though it was clearly visible on the X-ray at the time her braces were taken off. She never had a cavity on that tooth. This office has a reputation for prolonging treatment unnecessarily and taking advantage of Medicaid patients, often causing more harm than good.
Dr. Park is brilliant! She took her time in explaining, made us feel comfortable and valued. She taught us so much in a short period of time. She has the kindest bed side manner, she genuinely cares for her patients and is a plethora of knowledge in her field. We would travel cross country to be seen by her.
I haven't been here yet but they told me they take medicaid I'm not sure what I gave to send it for medicaid to approve braces
