I went to Martin and Winkler since I was a baby, and for all of those years I’ve never had an issue. Great care, helping with my anxiety and talking to me through my appointments. However I had an accident in 2021 and it was like a complete turn in their behavior. Three of my teeth were knocked out and to say it was traumatic puts it lightly, I wasn’t in the right mindset. They made fun of me for bringing a stuffed animal to my appointments, saying that I was too old for those things. They also said with the dental bridge I ended up having I could only drink soup as food for the rest of my life, which years later is a giant lie I’m able to eat fine. And they also said to me with my bridge if it ever needs to be worked on it would rip out my teeth underneath, so I would end up having to just deal with implants. Which..Is also a lie, there’s ways to safely remove them. I have since stopped going there and I can say the way they have treated me has affected the way I trust dentists and the PTSD I now have from my accident. Edit: I also forgot that my mother paid for all the work done to my teeth and they overcharged her $800, and getting the money back took more then two months.

I’ve had Dr Martin as my dentist for years, for extensive work (root canals, crowns, and implants). He’s wonderfully kind but also very professional. He explains what’s going on with my teeth, what my treatment options are. I have had a couple of urgent dental problems (loose crown, broken tooth) and have never had to wait more than a day to be seen. The office staff has been nothing but helpful. (For the reviewer complaining about a certain channel playing in the waiting room, the TV has been on HGTV every time I have been there.) I’d give it five stars except for the cost of implants even with insurance.

There is not enough amazing things I can say about this place. In my experience they are trust worthy and won't over prescribe unnecessary dental work. They also are amazing at getting people appointments as soon as possible to get the work they need done. I had an extraction and implant procedure done by Dr. Martin and he is such a talented and lovely man. He is very patient and knows exactly what he's doing. Amanda was so gentle with me for my cleaning, I have never had a more enjoyable teeth cleaning experience. Whatever dental needs you have, this is the place to get it done.

I was in the office yesterday for a routine exam and cleaning. You had Fox News on the television in the waiting area. I think this is a very bad idea. That is a station that has been sued for promoting lies and conspiracy theories. While they have paid millions of dollars to settle the suit, they have not stopped spinning information in ways that are misleading and often false, nor have they stopped promoting conspiracy theories and bigotry. This is dangerous to the public and should not be broadcast in a place where many people see it. I hope you will reconsider your TV choices. HGTV is probably the better choice. This is not just a matter of politics, but of truthfulness.
