I can’t say enough great things about Smiles by Design Dentistry! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. Andrea, the new patient coordinator, was so kind, organized, and helpful. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free from the very beginning. Christina, the financial coordinator, truly put my mind at ease by taking the time to explain everything clearly and helping me understand my options. Her compassion and patience made such a difference. Dr. Wenman and Dr. Lee both have exceptional bedside manner. They are professional, reassuring, and truly care about their patients’ comfort. Dr. Lee performed what turned out to be a pretty significant tooth extraction, and I honestly didn’t feel any pain during the procedure. I was amazed at how gentle and skilled he was. The entire team goes above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable and cared for. Let's face it....Most people don't like going to the dentist. But going to Smiles By Design is different. Everyone makes you feel very comfortable as soon as you walk into the office. The location is so convenient and so is the parking. The Dentists are amazing! They truly care and listen to any concerns you may have. My dental hygienist is very thorough and gentle. And the entire office team is knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely friendly. I always recommend Smiles By Design to everyone !!

It’s always a pleasure to come here. I want to thank all the wonderful ladies that work here, they always do an amazing job. Special thank you to Christina for helping me with my braces and working with me through the process. All the ladies that work here, talk you through each and every procedure and what will work best for you and everything in between. Thank you to the hygienist, my teeth have never been cleaner. Thank you to the dentist that did my fillings last visit, she had be numbed up good lol. Thank you to the receptionist that calls me back and checks on me and helps me schedule my appts with my crazy hours at work. Just wanted to say Thank you to everyone for going above and beyond!

I don’t want to say I’m like Bill Murray as the patient in Little Shop of Horrors, but I love getting my cleaning done at SBD. I honestly get excited and look forward to it every six months. Wooo! Oh yeah! I went there originally to have a tooth replaced and have stayed on as a regular patient. Dr. Lee was very thorough for that tooth and during my regular exams. I’m really glad I got that done. The support staff are great too. Super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend:).

Smiles By Design definitely goes beyond expectations. Everything from my consultation to my first " procedure" was great. It wasn't just the friendly and accommodating staff that my visit enjoyable, but the "no pressure" feeling. Dr Lee and Christina provided several options for my care and financial support. With a thorough examination and a clear explanation of what can and should be done, I felt confident in making a decision that fit me. And just as a side note, I quite enjoy reading the heath tips ( concerning tooth, gum and dietary choices) provided on the screens in each room. I learned a few things:)
