Had an appointment to pick up my retainer drove 45 minutes and sat there for a hour only for them to tell me they didnt have it. Never received a phone call or anything. Do not recommend this place.

At nearly every appointment we are expected to wait approximately one hour prior to being seen. Do not make any other plans during the days you have these appointments! It’s shameful that your patients are children being pulled out of school for this and you can’t even respect a child’s time.

Absolutely loved working with Jess in the North Syracuse office! Any concern I had she addressed, or even pulled in another ortho to help figure out how to manipulate my teeth! Amazing!

Extreamly rude and stuck up. The lady kept rolling her eyes at me. Wouldn't even look me in the eye. Completely unprofessional
