This office is efficient and well run. I've always found them to be timely and responsive. I've been with Dr. Butacci for years now and he always has my best interests in heart. He is knowledgable about options in any given scenario and has a conservative mindset unlike other doctors I've encountered. He is willing to let me choose there path that I want to take, and I appreciate that very much.

I've been a patient of Dr. Kaback for several years, but this is the first time I've been seen by his PA, Laura. It was a pleasure. Laura was welcoming, professional, and thorough. She made you feel comfortable right away. She explained everything and answered all my questions and concerns. I'll see her again for a follow-up in about a week.

Very busy practice that is very efficient. Excellent staff, Receptionists, nurses all very kind and caring. Led by the most excellent Dr. Okoli. He is impressive, knowledgeable and warm. Great sense of humor. It’s a client centered practice. Felt very well cared for.

I would have given the appointment a 5 STAR REVIEW, except for the 45 minute wait time in the examining room! I realize your staff is extremely busy…but, that was a long wait! I was very pleased with the comfort of the cortisone shot given in my right knee! It was painless! CHELSEY BLANEY was very pleasant and skilled! I would like to have her again at my next appointment! She was excellent! 5 STARS!!!

I have gone to Ortho NY several times over the years. I’ve seen Dr. Flik, Dr. Smith, Dr Fletcher and others. I have always had excellent service. All of these doctors were wonderful. These most recent visits were with Dr Flik who I saw 14 years ago for the first time. It was so nice to see a familiar face. I highly recommend Ortho NY.
